Kokomo Inn

We had a wonderful time this past weekend at Kokomo Inn. Patrissa and JT were great hosts.They have made it very accommodating in these days of Covid and we felt very safe. Our room (Key Largo) was comfortable and had everything we needed. The breakfast room is set up so that you can choose anything you can imagine for breakfast! The area that Kokomo Inn is located was perfect for us as we really enjoy cycling and the outdoors. The cycling trail is right at the front door! Thanks again for a great couple of days!

What a great and unique experience! The hosts were very welcoming and made my stay very comfortable and enjoyable.Highly recommend spending a few nights here and visiting the spa nearby.

The Inn was sooo beautiful and clean. The owners are so friendly and helpful. They gave a lot of recommendations to eat; the restaurant recommendations were ON POINT! The room was very clean and a very comfortable stay.I was most impressed with the kitchen. It was a fully stocked kitchen that had all the appliances, equipment and food items available.You just need to show up with clothes and a toothbrush. Everything else is available at Kokomo Inn.We will be back Kokomo. And we will be sending our friends and family your way for sure.God bless and thank you for having us.

Amazing Experience! my daughter and I, had four loving and relaxing days in your amazing B& B. We were very impressed by your clean, beautiful, cozy, and comfortable room as well as lots of delicious and fresh choices for breakfast. Your attention to every important details was impressive. Top notch accommodations! Super friendly, caring hosts clearly work hard for the guests to ensure all the details both large and small are consistently in top status. Beautiful rooms and common areas in a scenic setting on the river. We’ll be back!

Unprofessional and bad experience with this Inn. I have booked my reservation for May 5 on Apr 12 and paid the cost in full on the reservation day. Then, suddenly they cancelled my booking on May 4 (one day before the check-in) with no explanation and no prior notice. It ruined my trip plan as I was planning to stay in Ottawa for one night on my way back to Toronto.Now, the charges are double because we are close to the day. I guess that was the reason they cancelled my booking too. To make more money!Do not book your stay with them unless you have other options in case of sudden cancellation one day prior to your check in.

Our stay at Kokomo was Sep 29-Oct 2, 2021. We were 4 couples in our 70's on a 14 day vacation trip through Quebec. Kokomo is right on the Ottawa River near the junction with the Gatineau River. The whole property has been renovated. The rooms are well furnished, with new beds, bedding, and pillows (hard and soft!). Bath gel, shampoo and conditioner. Cable TV, streaming services, good WiFi, wireless mobile charger, on demand unlimited hot water. The common breakfast area is stocked like you have never seen - breads, muffins, baked goods, jams, coffees, bacon , eggs, fruit.... There is a lovely sun room, with heater and fire table. The property is large with several areas to sit, including a screened gazebo with propane restaurant-style heater. Lots of free parking. The hosts, JT and Parissa are outstanding, keeping the breakfast area stocked daily and full of helpful suggestions on what to see and where to eat. The communication before and during our visit was outstanding.

Absolutely every detail was wonderful. The room was cozy and clean. The bed was so comfortable, sheets of a very high thread count. DIY breakfast was perfection. Selection was like nothing I've seen before and the atmosphere was serene. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating... understanding to last minute travel plans. Beautiful covered fire pit outside that was lit in the morning and visible from the beautiful breakfast room. Room name Bahamas. Would recommend again and again... Loved it.

Lovely rooms, very clean, very pleasant! The owners are very clearly perfectionists. Not a single missed detail, from what’s in your fridge, right down to the folded toilet paper roll. Everything was splendidly clean, and the kitchen has pretty much everything you need for some light cooking, we made a tomato and cheese omelette for breakfast!No complaints! I feel well rested and would go back anytime.
