They got my 1/2 my wrong, no even remotely close to what I had purchased.Apple crepes, and they send one French toast? Like how does that even happen?

The worst experience I have ever had at Ben&Florentine. 25 minutes waiting time to take an order and 1 hour and 11 minutes for the food to arrive. No beverages yet. 5 minutes after the food arrived we finally received our beverages. Around 6-8 other tables around us had no service as well and customers looked frustrated. Regardless left a 15% tip. This message is for the management not the waiters or the cooks. Guys did all they could with the amount of customers.

I got take out and i ordered banana and chocolate crepes and i received rotten bananas and barely even half a banana.I tried to call the restaurant 3 times no one answers. Im frustrated and disappointed, it really doesnt starts my day well.

Food was quick, service was courteous. Coffee was well-dosed, not watered-down but not a bowel-buster. The potatoes are amazing, the home-made applesauce even better!

We waited 45 minutes to get our food when the restaurant was only half full, when it did arrive, the food was either very cold or burning hot, as well as soggy. The high price and time it takes is not worth the under average food you get.

Excellent service. The menu is varied. My favorite dish is the avacado toast with goat cheese and bacon. Think it's the best avacado toast of all of the breakfast chains, a must try.

Unbelievably long to get your food. Waited 20 minutes at the door and then another 1hour and a half!

Waited around 1h30 before getting our order. Counted only 3 waiters serving a full restaurant including around 6 groups of around 4-6 people and a lineup outside. Servers were polite and doing their best. Obviously there’s an issue with the management.

This was an unbelievably bad experience. We waited for ever. one dish came out 15 minutes before the other and the waiter forgot part of my order. Definitely would not recommend
