This is an office for the staff so if you’re looking to be a customer, don’t! When it comes to actually working here, I personally had the best time of my life. It’s perfect for starting out your sales career if you need the experience to move higher in your career. Even if you don’t need to get into sales, you can still use the skills taught here to be overqualified for your next role.TL;DR: more of a school than a workplace

The workplace environment and culture is very positive and uplifting.Not only does everyone want to see you improve and grow but they will help you however way they can to make sure you reach your full potential.Kaymenta has changed many of my colleague’s trajectory in life and has personally affected mine in a positive manner.As for the job itself; honestly speaking it is not for everyone.Although it CAN be.You do not need to be the most skillful person.As long as you have an eager willingness to learn and apply the gained knowledge by putting it into practice along with a work ethic that involves motivation, dedication and perseverance, I guarantee you will produce results.The more effort and energy you put into the job, the more results and rewards you get out of it.

I just moved over from Ireland and was so lucky to be offered a job with Kaymenta. The team makes you feel welcomed and accepted and the work dynamic was perfect. It was the perfect balance of training to push myself further and further in my career and personal life. I had the amazing opportunity to earn road trips and travel opportunities even after only being there for 3 months.
