KYON Dog Daycare

We love Kyon! My dog has been going since they opened. He always comes back happy and tired. He's so well taken care of there. We also love the instagram updates. It's so nice to follow them along all day. Best doggie daycare!

Consistently outstanding service! This is the most transparent daycare I’ve ever left my dog at.We’ve been coming to KYON for about 7 months now as it’s near our home, and it has exceeded our expectations. Staff always share news and updates at pick-up, and take responsibility for hiccups that may occur in such an energetic environment. We love that the business is family-owned and appreciate how ridiculously accommodating they are. Their customer service via email is so quick and Mariah always effortlessly solves any stressful question/situation we throw at her.It’s clear that the people who left less that 5-stars don’t realise how outstanding this facility is compared to others in the city.Nothing would ever make us change daycares. Thanks guys!

Clean facility however it is clear that staff members and management don't have experience working with dogs. Similar to you wouldn't bring your children to a childcare service that doesn't experience, you shouldn't bring your dog to a dog daycare service unless they have extensive experience and knowledge to work with dogs.

Kyon is amazing, like a 2nd family for our rescue!As recent first time dog parents we decided to give Kyon a try knowing we would eventually go back to the office and travel.Everyone at Kyon has learned to know our rescue and his character. They have been patient, caring and he loves going there.We have also travelled with peace of mind while he is boarded.Would 100% recommend.

Love this place! The owners did such a great job renovating the place. The dogs have a lot of room to play and socialize. They post videos daily on Instagram which gives you a little glimpse at what your dog is doing. I am happy to know my dog is in good hands.

We had our dog booked in for the duration of the holidays - from Dec 22nd until Jan 2nd. Unfortunately, our Westjet flight was cancelled with NO chance of getting to Mexico for a family reunion. Sophia and Mariah were incredibly understanding when we asked to retrieve our dog early. They were willing to refund the balance, but when we get our vacation sorted out with Westjet, we know we will be using Kyon again, so we now have a credit toward that future date. Thank you, Kyon for making an incredibly disappointing event, that much easier to handle.

Murphy loves KYON! He is beyond excited every time we take him there. The staff is super friendly and engaging with the dogs all day long!!We were away for 3 weeks and left Murphy at KYON. This was our first time leaving him boarding, so we were a little anxious. The fact that is family run and there is someone with the dogs 24/7 provided us with comfort. There was a day Murphy wasn’t feeling well, so they contacted us right away and took him to our vet. They kept him at home until he felt better. The daily pictures and updates provided us with peace of mind that he was treated with so much care! I could not recommend enough KYON for anybody in need of doggy daycare or boarding services.

I would give Kyon a 10 star if I could!Our dog is part of our family and we want to feel he is in a safe place but also treated with love.At Kyon they go out of their way to ensure he’s cared for the way we like it and even more!! When we take him to Kyon, he pulls to get there faster! We know he loves it there and that gives us a peace of mind. They send daily videos and photos on their Instagram so we can check how he’s doing. We know him and know he loves to stay there.We are very lucky to have such a great place to leave our dog when we go away.

Recently joined with my young Sharpei for daycare in the winter, and she seemed uncomfortable although she’s been to various daycares here and in the States without issue. There isn’t much space for the dogs to run around and play. I also expressed my concern with the front gate being open or unlocked, to which staff was not receptive.

Kyon is amazing place to leave my boy when I have to go to the office. Hulk, my little frenchie bulldog, loves the place, and when he goes there, he comes home by end of the day exhausted of the fun he had playing with his friends! Also, the Kyon staff is so friendly, and keep us updated on their IG page during the whole day. I highly recommend their day care services for all dogs, and pet parents!
