I completed my course on 19th April. Professor Usha is great at explaining every minute details of phlebotomy. I would give it a 5 on 5 as per experience, as she was very cooperative and explained the whole process, covering each and every section. Would recommend to anyone who is interested in gaining sound knowledge of phlebotomy.

I started my MOA diploma with Professor Usha, and she's great! The best thing about Springfield College is the flexibility. I was able to complete my studies while I was working full-time at my previous job. During my MOA practicum, I was hired immediately after and I was able to put all the things I've learned into the work field.
