I was helped by Youssef and Ismael. Our purchase did take quite long. They were very patient explaining us all the available options with our phone purchase plans and the device options. We had couple of things to buy and throughout the shopping we had good service and would recommend anyone looking for phone plans or other technical needs you would be pleased with the service here.

Poor customer service. I bought a tablet in advance as a gift for my mother. The tablet turned to be a poor product. I tried to exchange it for a better one, but they wouldn't take back my product because it was over 30 days, even if I had everything in it's original packaging... I will never buy anything from that store again.

If I could add another star I would. Served by Joel for a cellphone upgrade. The level of service was excellent. He was super knowledgeable and explained all my options and was even able to save me money on my plan. I’ve worked in retail and this guy is a super star!

Fantastic customer service! You never have to wait long. All the sales associates do a fantastic job acknowledging you the moment you walk in, which is very much appreciated as a customer. It definitely makes you want to go back to the store. They're extremely patient and will do whatever they can to resolve any issues when it comes to your tech and get you the best deal possible. You never leave the store with unresolved issues, you simply leave as a happy and satisfied customer. Definitely the number 1 Source in QC!

I came to the store to buy an asus laptop. I was about to buy it all off Amazon but got a great deal for the laptop. Internet and accessories! Thank you so much. Got way more than expected!

So bad, they made me a deal with Bell it was suppose to be the same like my previous network provider Rogers they lied to me it end up to be more $20 monthly and they can do nothing Bell say you made the deal with La Source and La Source refers me back to Bell and I pay every month an extra $20. And when we made the deal we asked if there's anything hidden since I don't trust sales people I have signed on $135 in the end I turned that I pay $155 my previous plan was $128. If I knew that it will turn to be more $37 I agreed to pay $7 not a penny more. So hiding information is equivalent to being liar. Briefly be ware and ask a lot when doing any deal with them before.

Very poor service! I am extremely disappointed. I purchased an iPhone 12 on Friday Nov 26, 2021 (by the way, i didn't go into the store to buy a phone...but got convinced by the sales rep...anyways, that's not on her...I made the choice to buy it....but she said I was having a great deal (Black Friday deal)...but what she failed to say" was that I have to return the phone at the end of my contract or otherwise need to pay an additional 390$ (on top of the monthly payment I will be doing for the next 2 years! ) ... I find that very misleading and dishonest toward their customer! In addition

Good service, the person who helped us was fairly knowledgeable and helped us with exactly what we needed. Only down side was that they tried selling us a Bell bundle for tv and internet even though we said we were fine with our current provider.
