Very little communication between store and myself. Also took 2 weeks for a simple iPad repair that I had repaired elsewhere on another iPad which took that company 2 days to fix. Would not go back to this location. After your reply here is the ticket number: 69274217 and the individual I was in contact with was Nevin Porwal. It was to repair the button on my iPad and it took you a very long time with no communication.

You are in good hands when you enter this door. The people in this store actually care about you and providing you the best experience, instead of your money. Seriously, which other store owner would go overtime for almost 2 hours on a Good Friday (suppose to be a holiday!)?Nevin the owner has an advanced degree in cyber security, and he is one of the nicest guy I have met along with salesman Sam. As a local guide I recommend this place.
