A great experience! West Coast Insurance made it so easy to renew my car insurance over the phone. Saved time and gas!!

As new Victoria residents, Sherri Rose helped my wife Elizabeth and I set up insurance policies for both of our Ontario vehicles. She explained things extremely well, and was a pleasure to deal with.

There was a slight wait time. It's a small office, so phoning ahead would be best. The people were knowledgable and personable. I'll stay with them for all of my insurance needs.

Everyone hates having to go every year to renew or change their insurance etc., but the staff here make it a breeze.....For years, when I lived in Victoria, we used to go to Megson Fitzpatrick on Sherbourne ..... and it was painful! You always lost and hour of your life in that place ( regardless of what you were doing......) and there was never ever any enjoyment until you walked out..... when it was a relief just to get out of there.....However, the staff at Western Coast Ins. are always pleasant and efficient. I have been there approx 4 separate times over the last 6 months for different purposes, and I've never had to stay longer than 15 mins............ and that..... is important to me.

Renewed my newly purchased car insuance with Western Coast Insurance: they saved me a lot of money monthly by signing up for Western Coast and ICBC combo. And when I crunched my car against a wall, Western Coast had a car rental ready for me within 18 hours! The Central Saanich branch was very helpful and approachable. Very pleased with their service!

This insurance company is a ripoff. I was a customer for over 10 years with no claims. This year they tried to increase my policy by 95% from $2300 to $4200. they performed a ridiculous appraisal and when I cancelled my policy they took a huge chunk of my payment. I was able to renew using Megson Fitzpatrick for $3100. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE, use a broker they work for you not the underwriter!! Also the did not send me a renewal notice after asking for 1 twice over a month before my policy was due for renewal. They gave me on opportunity to review the renewal or shop around POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Have been doing my business and personal insurance for years with Western Coast (previously Coast Capital). Have been happy with their products and service so far.

It's been almost a week and I still have no answer on insurance on my motorhome. Experience in the branch was also not good. Left without answers, a promise to contact me, but I have to follow up myself after not receiving any communication.

I was assisted by Rajiv. Was very helpful and efficient.
