The branch is fine. Most of the people in here complaining about long waits are coming at times that would be busy for any bank in any city. The only reason they don't get 5 stars from me is because of how they operate as a business. I've had to call in to telephone banking a few times to get them to push a transfer through into my account when the process should have been fully automatic , did not occur on a weekend, was well within their operating time frame for that day, and should not have been delayed.BMO Bonnie Doon: Great, BMO software engineering and logistics: living in the 70s.

Lets call it what it is… Terrible services, No diversity in the kind of people that work there. Would’nt be able to be serve in french, can barely get serve in english. Horrible location. Never really taking my business there anyways but definitely wont go back to there.

It’s been a year since I switched to BMO and this branch has been extremely helpful in helping me set up all my accounts and they have given me great financial advice.I always receive quick and quality customer service from various staff members. They are happy to answer all my questions and concerns.

Received a voice message from someone at this branch requesting a call a callback regarding an important matter. The callback number she left isn't in service and she didn't leave her name. When I called the branch, got the usual run around with their usual numerous automated messages. I've been a customer with BMO for many years. Their service is the worst of the four institutions I do business with.

Navi is a BMO staff at Bonnie Doon Mall branch. She did a very excellent job of opening a new account for our 10 years old son and for our son getting $300 reward. Navi cares about her customers, she is professional and has the solid knowledge and experience. I believe if 30% BMO staff can act as Navi does, it will be great!

I have been getting more annoyed with this branch since they moved and today is the last straw to get me to switch banks. During business hours there is very little parking. It is located on the corner of a very busy one way street, so once you find parking and pay for it, and then cross the intersections it could be 15 minutes to do a simple machine transaction. The interaction with staff has been condescending. And today at 9am on a Tuesday my 3 year old asked me lots of great questions about the drunk guy passed out on the floor beside us while we did a deposit and the machine.
