Capitol Cleaners

On my trip to Niagara Falls I spilled soda in my suitcase everything was soaked and sticky. I contacted Capitol Cleaners who informed me that they were closed for the weekend but would happily help me out I took my clothes in they were very friendly and professional I expressed how I would be proposing to my fiance later that night and I need it clean clothes. They not only cleaned but pressed and hung on hangers, within hours. The service was above and beyond. Upon returning to pick up the clothes I was greeted with a New York Gazette and was informed that they did not want to charge me they were just happy to help. If I was ever in the area again I would stop in just to thank them once more. I would not only recommend them I would urge people in the area to use them.

They have wonderful people that work there. Margo, Sandy and Christina are really fantastic. I always liked when they would come to Frenchy's for lunch.

I've been using this cleaner for years. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Like all businesses, problems do arise and when it does happen your problem is handled as though it's their problem. This business does a lot of community service. You can get your clothes cleaned cheaper elsewhere but you get what you pay for.

Very rude!!! Not friendly!!! Stated he didn't have to do the cleaning after being called prior and him agreeing to doing it

The service we get here regularly is the best! John helped carry out my hubby's overload of items to the car. I very much appreciated it as I often pick up items here. Also, all the ladies whom ever helped me at the counters, always assure me we can get our items back when we need them or accommodate. Thank you!

They hooked my suit up and got the problem area of my shirt clean!

Got my ski jacket done. Cost like $25 and still smelled like dog and had dog hair on it. Lady was very nice tho.

Had a full length, leather duster cleaned & cost was $70. Nice! Friendly service & Gal at counter was great & they accept winter coats for donations so we left a few

6 six months for a shirt that they messed up on and now the shirt has disappeared. Six months I've been waiting for a manager to call me back. Every time I ask they make a note in the little book and then it's forgotten about. Management is one of the worst customer service I've ever seen. Most of the time the people that work there are fine it's the management that doesn't seem to care.
