Great team of people at this place. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful, the mechanics are good with the cars and with the people.The service is on point. From sales, to ordering product, to installation... No one bullsh*ts you and or tries to gouge you. They go above and beyond without being concerned with nickel and dime-ing the customers the death. 10 outta 10, will shop again.

Went in to get a dash install kit and a few other things for my new stereo i put in my ranger, staff was very knowlegable and happy to help. Great prices and had everything i needed in stock. Highly reccomended.

Dropped in to ask about buying a Yamaha amplifier on September 10th. Left my name and number for someone to call me. No one called me. I can get the amplifier in Halifax (cheaper too) but trying to buy local! Oh well...

Nice place to get your car stereo done. The only thing that you make in your mind is the waiting time for the installation you need to schedule an appointment I think it's due to there good service more people are coming that make them more busier.

Great customer service! The salesperson I spoke with was very helpful in answering questions as well as helping in finding a good solution for the outdoor network access via a point-to-point application I had planned.According to the reccomendations of the salesperson I bought two D-Link 710 Outdoor CPEs and a D-Link Router to expand the Wi-Fi Signal from the existing Network in my Main House to a nearby situated Guest House. RJ45 connectors were fitted after the cables has been cut to the required length in no time. Soundafex offered to install the entire system in my place. But as my property ist more than 100 km from Sydney I wanted to save cost and try to install the system myself. A Soundafex technician explained to me how to install the system and where special attention was needed. Once I had installed the hardware at home, I called a Soundfafex technician to help with the software configuration. He used a remote control software and set up the system. Everything worked at the first go.I really can recommend Soundafex to everybody as I have experienced excellent service and got first class products.
