Durham Dental Anesthesia (Dentistry While Asleep), Dr. Alan Kreidstein

Everyone at this clinic is absolutely AMAZING. Up until my first visit here, I've always had a certain level of anxiety and and fear associated with dentist offices like many people do. But from the moment I got past filling out the initial paperwork and meeting everyone, my anxiety was gone. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. The entire staff was informative and helped me right away. Even on the phone when I called, if I had a question for the dentist I was never on hold for too long or they called me back right away to when the dentist was available. Everyone introduced themselves to me helped me get familiar with the procedure and equipment. I never felt rushed and felt like everyone wanted to make sure I was comfortable. Even after my procedure (I don't remember much) but my wife picked me up and said the same thing. My 3 kids also got little toys and trinkets while they waited for me as I was still wobbly from the general anesthesia. This team gets 5 stars from me. Definitely recommending to anyone in need!

I just want to make it clear that I am only leaving 4 stars and not 5 because of misleading info. My daughter was told upon booking the appointment as well as at her appointment that she would get to blow up a balloon that'll make her fall asleep but the balloon" is just a mask... She was so scared and felt lied to. On the ride back home she said "Mama... I didnt even get to blow up a balloon..." how disappointed she must feel and how disappointed I am that she was lied to. OTHER THAN THAT IT WENT GREAT... The women are very kind and tentative

Dr. Kim was amazing and made me feel so comfortable. My fear of the dentist is crazy but she made it so I was okay with everything. Surgery was great and I'd highly recommend

After visiting the dental office after a referral from Tauton village dental this office charged us again for an assessment, we were advised we would not be charged. After booking the next apt for work to be completed we received the estimate (to the insurance company) 5 days before the visit. The estimate that was sent to the insurance company was different then what was sent to us. The company put all 3 visits together which greatly effects how the visits are paid out thru insurance. I understand and am aware that miscommunications happen but when I called the manager" or at least the lady that claims to be the manager was rude and ignorant. She advised that no one called be back after 5 attempts as they were closed for Easter

I totally would recommend Durham Dental Anesthesia! Our special needs son required some very extensive dental work, and we were very concerned how he was going to cope. We are pleased to say that he was treated with dignity, respect, and kindness. His teeth are now fully restored... and thanks to the anesthesia, he did not have one moment of anxiety. Dr. Kreidstein and his staff are the best! If l could give them ten stars l would!

Dr. Kim is such a great doctor! She cares about her patients, she gave me full support during COVID-19 situation, you know, she could only say the office is closed, so there is nothing I can help with. But she did all she could do, even called me three times a day to make sure my son is ok and I am doing the right things to help his infection. I can't say how much I appreciate her help, and also from Dr. Kreidstein. Thank you! I highly recommend them, especially for little ones need general sedation for X-ray and dental treatments.

I have been seeing Dr. K for a couple of years now and have always been happy with the results. Leisa and Christine are always accommodating and caring and just plain great people. The RNs are equally as lovely and make you feel very comfortable and at ease. Rarely have I had to wait a long time for my appointment.6 year update. Dr. Kreidstein continues to be the greatest - super compassionate and caring.His staff have changed since my last review but they are just incredible. No matter how many billions-of questions I have for Vanessa or Ashley they always help me out and with a smile. Laurie is hands down the best hygienist and Roberta is caring and compassionate in post care no matter how many requests i make.

WOW. I have never had a good experience at the dentist, UNTIL NOW! The staff here are sooo attentive & incredible at ensuring your comfort throughout the entirety of the time you’re in the building. I highly recommend!

Everyone that works here is amazing!! My 6 year old son had work done here and they made the experience so pleasant. They are so helpful and went above to help us with my sons treatment. They were so kind and caring with my son. Would definitely recommend this place.

Every single person who works there is amazing !! I never thought I would enjoy going to the dentist. Dr. Kim is straight up and tells you how it is. I cannot say enough good things about this place ..
