Aire One Heating & Cooling

Aire One installed a 4 split 2 years ago, and a 2 split this year in our property. Installation occured as scheduled and specifications were as discussed. The systems (Mitsubishi) have been working excellently since installation. The technicians are professional, clean, hardworking and pleasant to deal with. The most competitive pricing we received from all the compeition.

Aire One either didn't do and/or didn't properly document doing a pressure test when installing my furnace. They can offer no proof that they did a test or left a tag. I subsequently had a third-party firm inspect the furnace on applying for an annual maintenance plan and the technician advised he would have to red tag" the furnace and no one would be able to service it until the tag was removed. Good initial work, terrible warranty follow-up.Competitive pricing on the initial work. Upgraded 2 services (furnace and water heater), installed A/C as well. Large project.However, warranty work goes unanswered. One of the appliances broke a few months after, is on the warranty period, and you cannot get a hold of these guys. Calls go unanswered. Went in person, was promised an appointment and a call back - nothing. A month later, and I'm looking to pay another company to do the replacement when these guys should cover it.I do not recommend them because if any issues arise, they will not address them. Poor customer service.

I had a great experience with Fred and his team! They were on time, precise and hard working! They replaced a ductless unit for me within 48 hours during peak season. The unit is good quality and is working seamlessly. I found that from start to finish this was the best value company to hire. I totally agree with Nancy Ladenheim. Aire one Dupont has good prices but there is a catch. This company makes false warranty promises. We had them install a 5 split and a 2 split ductless ac unit. When it comes to warranty, I complained directly to the manufacturer cuz Aire One Dupont would not help. The maintenance quotes Steve provided are more outrageous than the price of the unit itself. Improper drain hose disconnected and Steve quotes $350+hst for their mistake. His technician came in the winter time to service a boiler but turns off the outside gas meter when there are shutoff valves inside the house. Furthermore, Aire one serviced another wall hung boiler but could not figure what the problem was all afternoon from 12-6pm. Finally, the technician gave up and calls the manufacturer and got his answer in 10 minutes. That's 6 hours later. What gas technician does that except Aire One. Would not use these guys again.

We recently needed to replace our furnace and air conditioner and purchased both through Air One . the rep that came to our home was very professional and personable and the units were installed on the scheduled day by techs who were also very professional and appeared knowledgeable and efficient. We are very satisfied with the purchase .

I have been using Aire One for a couple years now but my most recent experiences prompted me to write a positive review. The last two times i've had Dave C. in Waterloo, and he was fantastic, taking the time to thoroughly explain and help me understand the problem, and then giving me my options in a no pressure way. Appreciated him going the extra mile, great experience.

I received multiple offers from different HVAC companies to replace a 40-year-old furnace, as well as install a new hot water tank and A/C system. AireOne had the best price and warranty that I could find. Fred, our sales agent, was very professional and knowledgeable, and he took the time to go over everything with us. He was an extremely nice person who clearly enjoyed his profession and the organization he represented. The installation technicians were similarly excellent, in communicating and modifying the location of the unit to ensure I was happy with the positioning of everything. I have worked with AirOne twice, and both times Steve has been absolutely fantastic. Steve is kind, thoughtful, thorough, and has taken the time to explain both what the current problem is and different options for addressing it. From the way they handled my initial call all the way through the service call itself, I felt cared for and prioritized (which is important when you're talking about a furnace giving you trouble when it's the negative temperature outside!!) I will absolutely call them again, and would highly recommend them to others.

I was just verbally assaulted at the intersection of Spadina and Adelaide by an Aire One employee in a service van. It was dangerous and scary. Not the type of people I would want servicing in my home or business. Need to do better cross checks and professional training for employees. When I called to complain they told me it was a head office issue. Public beware!
