Customer Sevice at its Lowest Level. I purchased an apple watch and paid for it. $600The time he handed over me the watch ⌚️ I asked him for the bag which he never included in my bill. So he asked me $.25 cents for it, and I said I don't have change on me right now and asked if he can give me the bag.So he decided to lie to my face, saying that they didn't have the bags.Meanwhile, I was checking my wallet to see if I could find $.25 cents on me.When I handed over him the cents, he gave me the bag, and I was like r u being serious right now. How come u have bags now.It's like spending $600, and u guys can't offer a $.25 cents bag. That really bad on u guys. Level up ur Standard, bro. That's not nyc at all. Ling to ur customers for a bag, and on the top, that was ur mistake that u never asked if I needed a bag while u was doing my billing.Whoever is the owner of the store, please look into this and make sure u guys don't show such kinda cheap attitude ever again.I hate going to such stores and being dealt with that service.I'm not recommending this store to anyone.It's not possible, but wanna give u guys -0 for ur service today.

My mom and me just popped into the store to inquire about the prices for iPhone 14’s. Thanks to the amazing help of Moe, Rawad, and Vatsal, we both left with two brand new phones at an amazing price! They were so helpful and patient with us the whole time and we’re extremely happy with our experience. Would definitely recommend this store and their help!

Had a wonderful experience at this store. Harsh Vyas was very helpful and suggested us with the best plans and options available. We are very happy with the service. He worked really hard to make sure we were happy.

It was a good 10 minutes before either of the employees in this store acknowledged our presence. Yes they were both serving customers but they should be acknowledging the fact that someone else had entered the. We ended up walking out.

I needed to get ear buds and the source was the perfect place to go as they have such a wide selection to choose from. The service was great and the young man that assisted me was very knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you for a lovely and positive experience.

Walked into the source on 3/26/2023 and was greeted at the door, not once but twice, took sometime to look around and find my products I was looking to purchase. when i was finished i went on to the counter to checkout. There was 1 worker occupied at the counter so by no means did i expect him to take care of me, although there were about 5 other boys working in the shop and they were all gathered around talking while i waited multiple minutes to be checked out for just 2 simple apple chargers. After time passed i thought it was ridiculous since the store was near empty and i was not being served even though they had an abundance of workers, more than they probably needed, i decided to leave. Ive seen less workers manage a womens clothing store and be successful at it. For the manager at the store in limeridge, put your boys to work otherwise next time i come in there im gonna make them drop and give me 50.

This place is a small picture of scammers. The employee will try to convince you that they have great (deal )to sell Bell package but it's all hidden fee. get bell and regret it .

Arif and Gurdev were extremely helpful with helping me set up MyBell account. Service is always phenomenal when I go there and the staff and management is always superb. Will definitely be back again!
