The staffs were friendly and wore masks on. They have 3 small tables inside the cafe. There were a lot of boxes near the entrance and shelves. When a staff opened a box on the floor, another box fell down on her head, but she was ok. It's not a friendly area for kids. Their drinks were great as usual.

This is my hometown and sadly the slowest Starbucks I know of. I come here once or twice a month for drink on a weekend afternoon and regularly wait over 10 minutes for my basic drink. Today at 2:52, mom and I ordered our iced coffees. Despite there being no line ahead of us, we waited over 10 minutes to receive our drinks. We asked if there was a decaf on its way 15 minutes after ordering, and they had simply forgotten to start it. I've worked at Starbucks, I know that mistakes are made, but when there's 4 (edit: 5) people behind the counter, there's no acknowledgement of the inconvenience, this is a regular occurrence, and receiving your drink in under 5 minutes at most locations is no problem, it's time to write a review about this one.

This starbucks has the rudest employees one could ever imagine . They are always short staffed and you gotta wait for your stuff forever . I ordered a traveller at 6:45 am ( mobile order ) when i arrived there at 7:05 they said traveller is gonna take another 20-25 mins i said but its been 20 minutes already . Some lady comes up to me and said if you cant wait get the refund from starbucks mobile order , we are stuffed and we can make your traveller. Well i was trapped and i had to wait 45 mins for a traveller. They way they talk to the customers is very rude and they should know refund is never is good option to offer to a customer.

I ordered on mobile with customized recipes: no ice and extra salted cream.. that simple… however every single time, they gave me wrong one with ice and I don’t think they read order properly…

This is not my first time ordering from them I always get the brown sugar shaken espresso but today I wanted to get some hot drink so I got the caramel macchiato with the oat milk instead of a regular milk . It tastes amazing. The staff was so nice and sweet. They just made my day. Thank you for a good drink and chat guys. I am enjoying every sip of my drink.

Starbucks is typically very consistent. Today, however, the chai was very very spicy (and I buy them often). After really trying to enjoy it, I took it back and returned it for a London fog. It's very good.

The food and drinks are always made correctly. For being a very busy location, especially during lunch time, the service is always good. The baristas are pleasant and always serve with a smile.One thing I noticed is that the chairs are heavy, and when they are pulled out, they scrape along the floor, and make a VERY loud noise. For people with sensory issues, that loud noise can throw them off and their experience can go from positive to negative. It would fantastic if there could be rubber pieces placed on the legs of the chairs so that when they are pulled out they do not scrape and make for sensory overload.

Ordered online yesterday and they made an honest mistake on my coffee order. Called them immediately as the coffee was watery. I was talking with Frankie and she said no problem and they’ll fix it for me the next time I come back. Came by today and asked for her, and right away she even remembered my order and made it so quick that I didn’t have to wait. That’s what you call dedication, amazing job Frankie! Thanks again and blessings to Starbucks Ladner!
