TMVC Langley

We have visited the Langley travel clinic at least 4 times and have always had a great experience. The nurse is knowledgeable and friendly and always provides tips for keeping the family safe while on vacation. The immunizations she has administered are quick and relatively painless. We always enjoy our vacations more knowing we've always taken the proper precautions. We will continue to trust TMVC with our pre-travel preparations.

Seamless experience. Got my vaccines to travel to Mexico. The nurse was wonderful! Really informative also gave me the option to updated some of my vaccines that were free!

very professional nurse and advise at the clinic. However, my prescription was not sent to my pharmacy that day as advised for pick up in 2 days time and i had to call back to TMVC (long hold wait time) to speak to someone who said it had not yet been sent - apparently only signed when i called. poor follow up service and no apologies either, just when the doctor gets to it after their regular day.."!!"

I’ve had to come here weekly for nasal swabs for COVID19 since December 6, 2021 for work. The receptionist and the nurse are both very pleasant to speak with. They both know who I am now and treat me very nicely. The nurse has remembered my name and birthday so she doesn’t even ask for this anymore. We always chat a little each week which is greatly appreciated as it makes me feel like a human rather than just another number. Thank you, guys. You’ve made this a slightly less terrible experience. I wish I could go without the sneezing afterwards though.

I went for my chicken pox immunization. The receptionist was very rude. Worst customer service ever. She was being bossy all the time. I would never go here again. Receptionist needs to learn how to behave with patient. I was trying to explain her something but she didn't listen to me & asked me to have a seat. While I was talking to her she kept rolling her eyes and looking at the nurse as I have no knowledge about what she is asking me.

I can’t say enough about how great our many experiences at this clinic have been!From the friendly and accommodating receptionist to the kind, gentle and knowledgeable nurse Kal this clinic can’t be beat! Myself, my husband and our 3 daughters needed many shots over several appointments for travel, as well we’ve each had several covid tests here over the past year, it has always been an excellent experience.

The staff at Langley is so helpful and knowledgeable! I’ve been dealing with the friendly receptionist at the Langley clinic for a while now and she has always accommodated any appointments my family and I have ever needed and is very patient. The nurse is very knowledgeable and explains each vaccine and procedure thoroughly and makes sure all of our questions are answered and makes everyone feel comfortable. Definitely recommend this location to anyone in need to travel vaccines or covid testing.

Shots make me nervous, but the nurse was very quick and professional; I barely even felt the needle. She explained any temporary side-effects of each vaccine and was very knowledgeable when answering my questions.

Called for Yellow Fever vax appointment. I book travel for business and often not locked in until last moment. The receptionist wanted to know exactly when and how long I was going to go, which seems irrelevant for an long lasting vaccination. When I tried to answer with approximate answers, it became quickly clear she was looking for exact flight details. When I didn't have the answers for what she was looking for the conversation stalled and she told me approx. 2-3 weeks notice is too short anyways. Called another place right after and have an appointment the next day - no questions. 3/5 stars as she wasn't unfriendly or anything, just it seems not adequately trained.

My wife and I had our appointment with Kal and it was awesome. They were professional, informative, answered questions we didn't even know we needed answers to, and didn't push any vaccines or products that weren't necessary. Super easy to book and reschedule appointments and the clinic was clean, well stocked, and everyone was lovely.
