I went to this place to get acrylics done for a friends birthday party, I’ve been a few times before with experiences ranging from good to okay, this time everyone was nice and I had a decent time, my nails looked okay at best but being the person that I am I just accepted it and went on with my day. I lost 2 nails the DAY getting them done, my left pinky finger and right ring finger, Worst of all I woke up this morning to my ring finger INFECTED. Now I have to go to the clinic. It’s one thing to look clean, another to be clean. Regal nails please keep the health of your customers in mind when doing nails. Never going back there.

I've been a customer since they opened. I love getting my nails done there. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and are very good at their jobs whether it's a mani/ pedi or getting your nails done. The place is very clean and they clean there tools after their are used on a customer. They were extremely clean and hygienic before covid hit and they upped the cleaning even more to keep their customers and themselves safe!!!!

I visited this place to get a shellac manicure with a polish change. I had called well in advance to see if they could fit me in and they said they could. When I got there, it was more and more obvious that they were trying to rush me out of the door. When they sat me down at a station, I noticed that the area had clearly not been cleaned from the last customer and looking around I realized all of the stations had left over nail dust on the counters. Firstly, I had black shellac nail polish on and the nail tech didn't even attempt to get it all off. They left visible amounts of black nail polish on my fingers which you can see due to having a light colour put on afterwards. Then, after they started painting my nails, I realized that they did such a bad job that you could see the colour was inconsistent and left patches where the colour was completely see through. As the night went on, I noticed the tip of one of my nails going orange and chalked it up to something I ate. As time as gone on and a couple of days has passed, more and more of my nails are going orange and it looks awful. I will never go back here again.

I have been going to this nail salon for 10+ years! They are FANTASTIC.The staff make you feel comfortable and welcome throughout your whole visit. EVERYONE should get their nails done here because they are absolutely amazing!

Poor quality and service. I was at this salon from 3:00 PM-5:42 PM (appointment booked for 3pm). And I started my appointment right at 3. My appt was for a pedicure (no paint) and a bio gel refill with French ombré nails. The pedicure was good and fast, but the nails took an extremely long time, and needed to be re done because the French ombré was originally done WITHOUT the air brush machine, and the technician was using some type of brush to make lines. It was extremely streaky and looked horrible as if a child did it. It had to be re done. I spoke to other people who have their nails done at other salons (doing bio gel sets and refills) and it says it takes no longer than 45 mins to an hour. I am unsure of why I was at this salon for 2 hours and 42 minutes. It was my day off and I had other things to do that day, and they completely wasted my time. At the end of the appointment they took “10 dollars off because of the price of paint” but I’m pretty sure you should not be getting charged separately for nail polish at all during a mani or a bio gel refill. My total was $95 dollars. I tipped $10 because the woman worked on my nails for so long, but all in all a bad experience and I will not be returning to this salon. The staff were nice but I was very disappointed in the service. I just moved to Bolton a few months ago and I was looking for a good salon but this is far from it.

I have been a customer for over 10 years and I can say that I have always been a very satisfied customer with my manicures and pedicures and always get compliments on my nails especially the color that I pick as a staple color. And on top when I get my pedicure they give me exactly what I want when I get a flower decoration on my toes. I can only say very good things about Regal Nails and look always forward to seeing smiling faces and beautiful nails. I highly recommend anybody that is looking for the best nail place.

I am someone that gets my nails done every 3 weeks, i got my nails done Saturday by sunday two tips were broken and literally peeling off. I called went in they fixed it and advised it was there mistake and if any other nail breaks come back which i shouldnt have too... literally the next day 3 more break. They were done super thin typing was creating crack in them. I once again had to waste my time and go back...to have another nail start to peel off today. I dont reccommend this place the products are not good quality clearly! And if a customer has to come back 3 times in one week theres some issues.

I was very happy with my first experience at Regal Nails. Visiting from Toronto and without an appointment, Mary was super helpful, friendly and accommodated my needs right away. She was very meticulous and paid close attention to detail when carefully taking the time to do a gel fill and shellac on my hands and toes. Wonderful little place where I would 10/10 recommended and Definitely be returning!! Thank you Mary and team

I love this place..everyone is so friendly and Mr. T does an amazing work. Would recommend this place to anyone.!
