If you are looking to surprise someone do NOT order from PANDA FLOWERS SUNRIDGE!!!!My boyfriend could not be home for my 30th birthday....he called..asked for them to send me flowers on my birthday as it was a surprise....they called ME on the day before my birthday to ask when I wanted my flowers delivered (flowers I knew nothing about) THANKS PANDA FLOWERS..EPIC FAIL! When we called and e-mailed to complain we got the response of we call ALL of our clients the day before to ask when they want the flowers" I have sent MANY flowers in my life time and I have NEVER had a company call the person and ruin the surprise.....TERRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICE! BTW it was my birthday NOT anniversary...get the card right."

They did the flowers for my wedding and did an amazing job. Worked with me to show me options in my budget and they came out better than I could have hoped. Definitely would recommend

I bought her a vase arrangement and half of the flowers died within 3 days. I would love to smallbusinesses but when I see my wife who buys her flowers at Costco and they last for a week to a week and a half it’s very difficult to want to support small businesses. My wife use to be a florist so she knows how to care for flowers.

Created two amazing beautiful flower bouquets for our memorial and did it all on the same visit. Great selection of flowers and vases and she did a gray job. Would totally recommend.

If I could give this place no stars I would.Lady that was working was super rude & lazy. I had to asked to get a vase for the bouquet of flowers ready the day before and I went there and the flowers weren’t cut they weren’t in a vase like I asked, she was saying “do you really need a vase it’s an extra 25 dollars” & she didn’t wanna add flowers to what I already had snapping saying the blue flowers were an extra 9 dollars. It’s mothers day !!!! I want my flowers to look beautiful if you can’t do your damn job than find a new oneI’ve never been so disappointed

Very disappointing flower delivery my fiancé tried to put together for me. Flowers delivered no plastic covering, tissue paper looked used already, flowers were not as described, vase was cheap plastic and a decoration chick was half decapitated and soaking wet. Extremely disappointing, do not use this company. They offered 15% for the vase and that's it. Seems to be a chain, go somewhere that cares about their product and service and customers.

I purchased an arrangement of roses here, I ordered them in store at 9:00am and asked if I could pick them up at 3:00. They were ready in a beautiful bouquet arrangement for me when I got back at 3:00. The woman working behind the counter was very kind, she helped me design my arrangement and did a great job of putting it together. Very reasonable price as well.

I have been buying flowers from the owner, Alice, since she owned the flower shop near my workplace. When she took over this Panda Flowers, I followed her and continued to do business with her. Why? Because she is generous and treats her customers well.The store is bigger than her previous store. She also has corporate support via the Panda Flowers website to order online. However, I recommend ordering through the specific Panda Flower Sunridge website over the corporate one so all money goes to this store.I love buying my wife flowers from here. Alice always greets me with a smile. Besides her, the other lady recognizes me too and makes me feel very welcome. I have picked up arrangements and bouquets for my wife occasionallt while sometimes also using their delivery service which is very reasonable!I drive past several flower shops to get to this Panda Flowers because I believe in supporting small businesses and the good people behind this Panda Flowers.
