amber is so amazing! my dogs absolutely love her and i know they are safe with her. you can tell she cares for my dogs like her own.i have used her services for daily adventures and drops ins for when i’m away. she’s great at keeping me updated and always taking lots of pictures. only great things to say about everything she does. would definitely recommend her to anybody interested.

We have been sending Lyra on adventures with Custom Comforts for 3 years now, and we love it! She always comes happy and tired, and we love seeing the pictures and video snippets of all their fun. We are so happy to have found a care provider with the same standards as ours for care and treatment. Highly recommend for all you critter needs!

We are so lucky to have a resource like Custom Comfort available to us!I have two young, exuberant, large/giant breed dogs which I wouldn't trust with just anyone. Amber's level of professionalism, experience, and dedication to learning made it an easy decision to use her. She is thoughtful about the dog pairings, and I trust her to recognize any limitations my dogs might have.Amber has played an essential role in keeping my dogs well socialized, and their lives enriched!

Custom Comfort is incredible! Roewyn has been going on adventures regularly for a year now with them. I always look forward to my dog going on adventures- it's a break for me and great fun for her to play, explore and socialize. Roewyn comes back happy and tired and I absolutely love the updates and photos after each adventure. I feel comfortable in the knowledge that each group of dogs is carefully matched by energy and personality so my dog is always in good hands. They are seriously the best! I highly recommend Custom Comfort!

The best animal care I've ever experienced. HIGHLY recommend. Also very understand and flexible with my crazy schedule when it comes to vacations. My anxiety filled pooch is very well looked after in their care. I can't say enough amazing things about the services they provide. I even tell all my friends in Ontario about this wicked service I have. Thankful for Amber and her crew!
