I enjoyed trying their sour beers! During their Christmas market, love walking around the back while enjoying the local merchants and seeing the giant fermentation vessels.

Great hospitality, decent selection of beers and friendly local drinkers, definitely worth a visit if in the area

A fun patio, GREAT service and a “come on in” sort of atmosphere. It was fun to try their brews, but they weren’t for me…too many fruity/sour beers (but you might love them!). It’s hard to love a place that sells beer but doesn’t have any munchies. Also….a poor selection of fun brewery swag to buy. A great little spot to seek out and try, though!

Great drinks and great patio. The beer drinkers loved the beers, and I loved the zero-alcohol spritzer cans. They were delightful. Wish there was food, but we will have to go back when there’s a food truck or collaboration with a restaurant. Only complaint, wish there was ice. They had no ice for the non-beer drinks.

Really enjoyed it here. Beer styles aren't as fancy, but very well made. Lovely patio, but I preferred to belly up at the bar. Friendly staff was in good spirits.I had an excellent pilsner and a good piney pale ale. Prices were fair.

Went there on March 30th while my wife was running the Around The Bay Race. It is a great looking place, very comfortable. They didn't have a kitchen, so chips were what I munched on which were really good. The beers were pretty good. I ordered a flight and got some samples of pilsners and such. They had one though, I forget the name but it starts with Garden. They only had it on tap as they were sold out in can. It is exceptional, at least, for my tastes. I would rank it one of the nicest beers I have ever had. Lots of flavour and just screamed out summer time on a patio to me.The staff were hit and miss I found. One guy behind the bar, was polite but not friendly if that makes sense. There were two ladies behind the bar and one took my original order and then had to run around for a birthday party in the back so I feel I couldn't give her a fair review as my contact with here was brief and sparse. She seemed nice enough though.Then I started talking to a young lady, named Logan. She was wearing a Bruce Springsteen shirt and had recently gone to see him in Buffalo with her father. She was fantastic to chat with. Really friendly and personable, very attentive and just a delight to spend time chatting with. I really think she is just a fantastic server. She and talked about music, education and a few other things.Overall, great experience. The beer was good and cold, with the exception of that one beer that was incredibly good. Please note that beer taste is selective. I don't drink a lot of IPA's and Sours so this beer I had I found great but it might not be for everyone. The staff was great, especially Logan. And the brewery had a great atmosphere. I will definitely go back. If you have yet to try them, I recommend it. Great place.

Fairweather was the first brewery I went to in Hamilton a few years back and it keeps me coming back. It is my favourite brewery. They make some of the best sour beers I’ve ever tasted. Their patio is awesome and they are dog friendly so you always get to see some really cute dogs.

After having just left another neighbourhood brewery a very short distance up the street, we passed by here more out of curiosity. This place appeared to be a bigger setup than the other place that we just left. The patio was definitely bigger and had pendant lights hanging over it. Very nice and cozy.Driven by curiosity, we went in to check it out and have a quick drink. We sat at the bar and were greeted by a very friendly guy who was happy to talk beer. With eight choices, my friend chose Small Hours, a low ABV sour stout with raspberries, vanilla and lactose. Profile: Strawberry, raspberry, vanilla, milk chocolate (according to their description).Since I was about to drive back to Toronto, I didn't have one of my own but I tried my friend's and the description was right on. I definitely tasted the berries and chocolate notes.With a nice atmosphere and friendly staff, I would definitely come back here!
