Eaglequest Golf @ Douglasdale - EQ Bar and Grill

The golf course is always in perfect shape, what really makes this place a FIRST CLASS establishment is the STAFF.

Horrible customer service at this golf course. I called with questions about a group golf lesson they offer, the staff member told me he would call me back with an answer to one of my questions. When I didn’t get a call back for 3 days I decided to call back myself, I left a voicemail on the answering machine stating it was very urgent because the lesson started the next day. No call back yet AGAIN! Then someone decides to call me back finally, the day AFTER the lesson started. I obviously did not do the lesson. Ridiculous. They obviously don’t care about customer service AT ALL!!! You expect to be treated well by the staff at a golf course, and this is simply NOT the case when it comes to Eaglequest Golf Douglasdale. If I could give 0 stars I would, as they don’t even deserve 1!

Tanisha made my day with outstanding service. Only issue I had was that she was so busy I couldn’t get her number!!

loved the course. it was great to be able to practice my short game. it was cooler than i like but the course is in great shape. loved it

Not a course for medium to longer hitters.The good: tee boxes and greens are well manicured and in good condition.The bad: there are 6 par 4s, only two of which you can hit driver on. Some odd placements of bunkers and hazards, for example there is a sandtrap covering the whole fairway 270 yards off the tee at the 4th hole (60 yards from the green), so hit a good drive on that hole and you will be punished.Mosquitoes are vicious. Looks like they are not spraying for them. I had to spray OFF 4-5 times and still got attacked.Pace of play is painfully slow. Almost 4 hours to complete a round on a 3500 yard course. I love golfing and for the first time in my life seriously considered walking off the course.A lot of short hitters hitting 6-10 shots on par 3s (there are 12 of them) means constant waiting to hit on every holeGood course for kids and short hitters. I won't be back.

The lady’s league is awesome! The staff is great and friendly. It’s like Cheers when you show up… everyone knows your name. Super fun and challenging course. Highly recommend for all skill levels. Bonus - The restaurant has great food as well!

This is a lovely course with lots of par 3 and par 4 holes, which makes it especially great for people who are newer to golf, yet still want a challenge. The course is beautifully groomed and the staff are friendly and chill which makes for an overall great experience. I Have played here a few times now and love it!
