Bought a truck from these guys a few weeks ago. Blew a tire the second day. Was hesitant about the tires too, the tread was pretty questionable. They were apparetly saftied" but there was a plug in the blown tire from a previous hole. Paid $1300 to replace the tires. Truck looked pretty clean at first. Not even a week later the rust started coming through the paint job. The car is full of bondo and spray paint to cover the rust up. All of the wheelwells are rotten and both of the rockers. Brakes are squeaky and grinding

I was able to find a truck with the trim level I was looking for at GG Cars and decided to purchase it from Gus on Oct 28th. Purchased a truck to drive for my move out west (July 2022). After purchase i hadn’t even made it home before the engine light was on. Took it back and Gus had his mechanic working on it. Got it back and found both exhaust manifolds needed to be replaced. Gus did offer to do this however I was leaving the province before he was able to complete it so he did refund me a portion of the price to repair. (Which I appreciated very much)When I arrived to my destination I booked it in to have the manifolds replaced and they told me (I have photos) that the truck had so many issues that they didn’t even recommend fixing it due to cost being over 16 thousand.Issues include:- exhaust manifolds- engine light with codes P0171 and P0420-both front marker lights are inoperable-centre high mount brake light is inoperable-heater control issue (will not change off dash vents and defrost does not work)-drivers door will not close properly and requires new hinges-right front lower ball joint needs replaced-right front wheel barring has rough spots and is loose-right rear u bolts are loose and too rusty to secure. Axle is not tight to leaf springs and requires all 4 u bolts- rust holes in floor boards, requires new floor boards- requires two new tires (left front almost worn to cord)-requires alignment-coolant leaks (4)These issues were all just to pass an out of province inspection. I feel like it was a situation where they took advantage of someone who didn’t know vehicles and needed something to move. If not then they really need a new mechanic because that was not a valid safety and something should be done. Truck is now sitting unused because I can’t afford to pay 16 grand to fix it and nobody wants to buy a truck with that many issues.

Was looking for a car for a few months but many dealers had either bad reviews or oddly over priced vehicles. I felt welcomed when I met Alin at GG cars, I was well informed on the condition of my 2015 Mazda 3. Asides from all that, he went above and beyond and installed bright white LED headlights. He felt more of a good human rather than a Dealer.Highly recommend this family owned business.
