Very rude owner and unprofessional, had an appointment with Jaecab Chung at 5 pm, and I asked for an Email of confirmation that he is available and free on that time, he sent it.It ended up that I waited for him 15 minutes, then he didn't spend more than 3 minutes with me as he had an appointment with another person!

Jaegap Chung and his JCI Team are a pleasure to work with; incredibly responsive to Owner/Client needs. Designs are elegant and innovative but done with economic objectives in mind.

Working with Jaegap and his team in the design and delivery of Riverview Retirement Residence was very inspiring from the design detail features and ergonomic flow of the Home to the quality of the build, which was designed, built and delivered a during COVID. Jaegap ,Sue Jean and Hamid ensured that the supply chain never faltered. Thanks to the attention to detail we have a beautiful new Independent Living Retirement Home for the folks in Listowel Ont. designed for them to age in place in their community.

Working with Studio JCI has been a delightful experience. As an architectural design firm, we found the quality of their work to be exceptional. In particular, I was impressed by their attention to detail. Their service was professional, timely and supportive throughout the process. Studio JCI works hard to meet client’s needs and produces quality work.

They lack empathy for their employees. Would not recommend. The partners at the firm are good, but their blind trust on couple of subordinates will not let good people remain in studio for a long time.
