Bad experience don't go there if you want waste money front to end then go front end specialist ltd. because front desk lady always say they have 30 years experience yes I agree they have 30 years experience how to make customers fool

I ask how long will it take to have a look at the truck three time no reply I walked away , they call me I walk back to the door , told them the same and said I can swing back next time she said you can go else were , I said thanks , thought to my blessing in disguise and left

Fast, extremely professional and courteous business, honest mechanic is a term unheard off but when it comes to Front End Specialists it is True, it was a pleasure to have gone there and get my truck serviced. Great job keep it up

My experience with these guys is very negative, I would say terrible. I went there to do alignment of my straight truck both axels as truck was pulling to the side. After adjustments I went for test drive. Truck was still pulling to the side but less than before. They did readjustments and I went for test drive again. Everything was same. Still pulling to the side. Went back to the shop, talk with mechanic... He said go make trip and come back in a few days, thats all what he can do for now. They are really busy so he didn't want me back in shop. So I left without receipt as lady that work in office was out somewhere.I needed to call for next appointment. After my trip (5 days) I called but they couldn't receive me as they were full. Again in 5 days I call again, again they were full. Than again in 5 days as I m working ,doing US trips of five days. They were full and this time.Than again in 5 days I called, this time we made appointment. Finally!! And this time owner was in shop, some Cuban guy. They did adjustment I went for test drive and guess what!? Nothing changed. Truck was pulling to the side. And I demand to fix that.After couple minutes he came out of shop and said that my tire has a problem despite is a completely new tire. And he can't do nothing more for me. They were very busy again and I guess he want me out.So well done guys !!After one month of hassle , 390$ spent, wasted my time I still had a same problem.Well done again!! Option for 0 stars would be appropriate for you!!

Pricing very reasonable and they work with you and what needs immediate repair and future repairs

They rip people off. I spend $8000 on front end at that time ive new tires at the front and after 4 months look at the tire condition. They are very rude to their customer and do not want to help them afterwards. Their job is not good at all, never ever go back to them.

I went for a truck alignment, were asked to install new tires; I did. Then were asked if I wanted rear alignment as well; if needed I said. 1 hr later I was presented with a $550.00 bill. I check the readings before and after the alignment and they were the same in steering camber/caster was exactly the same; the drive tires the same. I checked the alignment bolts and shims and noticed they were not touched. I asked the lady about it. She said your truck did not need any adjustments, but you have to pay because we charge flat; if the truck needs correction we do it if not we don't but we charge flat. What shameless CROCKED person. Then I spoke with Fidel Castro's disciple the pseudo owner" and he said that hos wife was the boss; "she pools the shots" - he said. $550.00 + HST

All I have to say is don't go here. Rude rip off not professional at all and theycreated not there. You will go for alignment only and they will without informing you will remove u-bolts and then come up with an excuse to change u-bolts and other stuff with it. You went to spend $200 to $300 and will walk out with $1500 worth of repairs which was not to be repaired or was perfectly fine.

Extremely friendly on phone and at the counter. Explained the job done in detail. By themselves, reversed charges for work not needed (rear tires alignment), something that I'd have never found out. Work was done in time. They take walk-ins, first come first served. You can drop your truck. Surely deserve a better Google rating!
