Pure Integrative Pharmacy - White Rock

I feel the need to tell how much i respect and love the staff at Pure White Rock! Always wonderful service and care! I want to single out Halyna Hritzkiv and Christine Kim for the above and beyond service I receive from these wonderful ladies, Very personalized care and real concern and always ready with a smile and a wave. I could not imagine going anywhere else and feeling so cared for! Thank you all!

My family has been shopping at your White Rock location for many years and has always appreciated the excellent customer service, product knowledge and willingness to research alternative product comparisons when availability is challenged.

If I could provide zero stars I would. My wife and I have been longtime customers and usually place orders in advance and pick up. I picked up a sealed stapled order and came home. Upon opening the bag it contained a product that we did not order (but had been charged for) and only contained 1 of 2 bottles of another product that we did order and pay for. My wife called the store and they said to come in. My wife and daughter went in the next day and was belittled by the store manager Mehtab. They said they will need to check security footage. We were made to feel like we were thieves. The one item was returned but the other that we paid for was not provided. We never got a call so I spoke with Susan. Susan was more helpful and said she would investigate. I recieved a call back and Susan apologized and said the product would be set aside in store. An offer to mail was provided however we declined as to not cause further cost for the store.i went in a week later and Mehtab was at the front desk. She could not locate the product and said oh it's probably gone back on shelf as your wife said it was urgent and you never came in. (A policy that needs to be looked at for paid products) I explained that we work and we're not able to come in sooner. Mehtab was belittling and non apologetic for any of the employee actions. She pointed to a random order saying it's not sealed as to state that my claim that the bag was sealed was a fabrication. Sounds as though there are some internal employee integrity issues however these are being pushed onto the customer. Mehtab stated that I was now about to leave with the product that may have already been picked up by my wife. I called my wife on the spot to verify again that nothing and been picked up. The policies need revisiting. This individual just needs help. Mehtab has no place managing yet being part of customer service in retail. I sincerely hope that she doesn't treat all customers the same way.

The Natural Health Advisors at Pure Pharmacy have honestly improved my health over the last couple of years. I would like to commend all of the staff at the South Surrey location for their exceptional customer service and support. They are all not only very knowledgeable but also very kind. I would especially like to thank Mahtab for being so personable and always going out of her way to help customers. It's a great feeling to be greeted by your name when you enter the store and to have her remember your health concerns and previous conversations and to be able to follow up. She truly has a holistic and empathetic nature. I have had some health conditions in the past that have not responded to prescription medications or medical treatments and Mahtab's knowledge, experience and guidance has improved my health. I can't thank her enough. I have recommended Pure Pharmacy to countless friends and family.

This is my favorite pharmacy because of the wonderful staff. They share their immense knowledge of the products they carry, which helps me make the best decision for my health. I appreciate Mahtaab's input and acknowledgment every time I am in the store. She has helped me pick products countless times and has gone above and beyond to locate products for me. I am greeted with smiles and assistance by everyone. Plus they have the best selection of healthy snacks. This is why I choose to drive a little further to get the best service. I recommend this store.

Pure Pharmacy provides outstanding service. I have been purchasing their reasonably priced supplements for years. But most importantly is the care Mahtab takes in putting my order together. She manages to ensure everything on my list is in store, very rarely short of stock. Mahtab is always pleasant and her and her staff are extremely helpful. It's truly a pleasure dealing with them.

Pure Pharmacy is my go to for most of my supplements that are recommended by my Naturopathic doctor. Recently I went on their Customer Appreciation day (last Wednesday of the month) and one of my supplements were out of stock.They called me when it arrived and I was still given the 15% discount. Love their customer service.Also went there a few months ago and ended up speaking to the manager, Mahtab, I believe. She recommended a product for my daughter's dry skin on her eyelids and around her eyes. BEST suggestion EVER. My daughter's eye skin health has never been better! Thanks Mahab!

My go-to place for high-quality and clean supplements and lots of other products.The staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable.Mahtab is very kind and knowledgeable and she takes the time to listen and makes suggestions.I've always been very happy with her suggestions and overall help.

I am beyond happy Halyna and her Pharmacy team. Halyna has always gone over and above for me and my family. You can always count on good and sound advice from her and Christine. There is no better team to trust your health with.

I have been purchasing vitamins from the white rock location for many years and I am so tired of being treated so badly. The staff are mostly rude and standoffish and I’m tired of it. I choose to go purchase from this store. I spend a decent amount of money here monthly. My latest purchase was the final straw on march1/23(Irina is the employee)The lady was beyond rude! I can’t understand why the staff is rude or condescending to people coming in to spend their money here. The lady was so rude over me asking for a quartet magazine. She actually said to me that they are not given to just anyone!!!! She went on to tell me that they have coupons in them and you have to spend 100$ to receive this privileged book. I spent $99.73 and she so slowly graced me with the book!!! Wow!! To get out to my car, look through it and find that there was no one coupon in the winter 2023 issue. This location has only had one staff member be kind and helpful to me in the last 6 months, so I guess the laugh is on me if I keep going there! My advice to the owner, get kinder more understanding staff as your website promotes!
