We were very pleased to get a quote in less than a week, and the work will be done in less than 4 weeks. Gary, the sales rep and quote guy, was very personable, on time, and didn't try and upsell - knew we had a budget and worked within it, giving us options and ideas to consider. First step 5/5.

I'll start by saying, I'm satisfied with the final product. My dissatisfaction is with the amount of times it took to get the right tub. I had 2 meetings with the salesman, then the installer came and couldn't finish the job, because the tub didn't fit. Then I had 3 more times to get tub measurements. Then 1 final time to finish the job. I choose bathfitters mostly because of the one day installation they advertise. I understand problems arise, but 3 separate times to get the right tub measurements, seams a little much.Everyone I dealt with were very nice and apologetic, but with the cost of the product, I guess I expected a much faster finish

Sales was a breeze, installation was flawless at least that we could see.... But for the last 3 years i had to get the silicone redone every 6 months for a total of 5 different appointment (not including installation) and i couldn't belive it when my bath moved or shitfed once again breaking the bead once again. The gap between the panel is now over 1/2 inch.Really disappointed. Will call again in the coming days to get it fix but when i bought from them i didn't think it came with a bi-yearly bead repair. My bead is now 17 mm wide and its not even wide enough its getting really boring.... Thinking i put 3 years of really hard saving into it.Updates called 8 days ago someone got back to me 6 days ago saying i would get a call from the owner within the week. Still no news will update accordingly to what happens.Probably Kevin in your database it happens very often.

Hired Bathfitters to install a new bathtub and tub surround. They made a bunch of mistakes and completely flooded my rental unit. Ceilings caved in, floors ruined, walls ruined. The damage took months to repair. Then, once my tenants moved in, within a couple days of using the shower, another leak was found. Again, ceiling under the bathtub had to be replaced. Then after a couple weeks another leak was detected in the bathtub....... more damage in the ceiling under the bathtub. Their insurance company only paid for some of the damage from the first flood. The second and third leak was not covered due to me signing a paper with their insurance company. All in all, they caused around $15,000.00 worth of damage plus I was out of pocket of about $12,000.00 in rental income. They caused me about $15.000.00 in out of pocket expenses. You would think that after all their years of experience that they could install a bathtub and shower without flooding the house. Think twice about hiring them, they are not what they seem. They even had the nerve to accuse me of using the situation to upgrade" my house. They were not apologetic and gave me attitude like I was trying to scam them. They are not nice people

I'm satisfied with how the bathroom looks, but they didn't finish off the sealing between the shelf and wall properly - there is a gap there and it looks bad. I contacted their Head Office over 5 weeks ago and I'm still waiting for them to fix it. They won't come out until they have another job in the area because it's still usable. Not impressed with their customer service.

Where do I begin? This was the worst installing experience I’ve ever dealt with. It all started out great, with Lisa the bookkeeper/receptionist. She was very polite and timely on the phone with the initial quote process. Richard, the owner, was very polite when I first met with him. Lisa informed me to be at my rental apartment for around 8:30 on the Thursday morning for the install, as the installer would be arriving around then, as long as he loaded his truck on time.I showed up just before 8:30 and waited to meet the installer, who happened to be Richard’s (the owner) son. At around 9am, I received a call from the office and it was Lisa who said that Jeremy (the installer) was running late. He told her that he would be at my apartment around 10am. At 11:45, I received a call from the owner, who told me they couldn’t figure out where Jeremy was, so they would reschedule the install date with me. At this point I was very frustrated for wasting my entire morning, but I was relieved they would just re-schedule an install date, so I left to go on with my day. 30 minutes after leaving, Jeremy called. He was wondering if he could come start the project now. Frustrated, I agreed. The time was now 12:20. I went back to the apartment and waited for Jeremy to show up. He did…at 2:00pm.I received a call that evening at 5:45pm from Jeremy saying he was done for the day and that he would try and come back tomorrow afternoon if he had time. He called me the next evening at 5:30pm to say he didn’t make it over to the apartment and said he wasn’t sure when he’d be able to make it back over. He said he would call me Monday morning. Don’t they tout this as being a 1 day install? I never heard from Jeremy again even after several calls. On the Tuesday I went over to the apartment to see the job “completed.” There was blood left on the toilet paper holder. Yes, blood. Along with a chunk out of the drywall, a couple scrapes on the ceiling, and marks left on the new surround from where the curtain rod was installed.I waited until the morning to see if they would contact me regarding the damage. At 9:30am, I received a call from Lisa saying the job was done. I asked her who was going to fix the marks left in the wall and clean up the blood? She wasn’t aware of any of this and said that the owner, Richard, just told her that he went over yesterday to complete the job. The owner went back over to “patch” his mess and leave the keys. I returned the next day to see the patch job, which I had to redo myself. The next week I received a call for payment. I said I wasn’t happy about having to go make repairs to the work that was completed and I had questions about how to fix the black marks on this newly finished surround wall. She told me she would call Richard and get back to me. She called back and said that Richard was willing to offer us a $75 discount, but she was going to up it to $100. She also said that Richard never saw the black marks or else he would have cleaned it up himself. Well, they are quite obvious when you take a brief look at the surround, so I’m not too sure how that could have been. We eventually were able to get $400 off of the bill after additional phone calls. When I went back to the apartment to clean off the black scuffs off the surround with a special compound, I noticed that the tub spout wasn’t even flush against the new surround, allowing water to drip in behind the wall. Easy fix, but again, not something that I should have to worry about considering I wasn’t the one who was paid thousands of dollars to complete this job.All in all, this was a horrendous experience. I was left in utter disbelief at various times of the process. They were supposed to be in and out in 1 day. Instead, it took 6 days total before they were “done” and I ended up having to spend more time there cleaning up the mess myself. I would NEVER recommend Bath Fitters in Kingston to anyone.

Looks nice but the plumbing was not done properly and the first time I used the bath tap, it leaked between the walls causing damage to my drywall below, in my kitchen. ( On inspection of 2nd visit, it may be the original plumbing was not very well done. )There was basically no clean up done after, the bigger pieces of scrap were removed, I had to vacum ( several times after ) myself. I'm diabetic so it's very important that my floors are clean to avoid injuring my feet.Very disappointed in the lack of clean up.A second visit was promptly paid, arrangements made to mend plumbing. My thanks.Much appreciated,
