Got picked up over 30 min late in west kelowna was supposed to transfer to the bus for kamloops bus never arrived and had to find a ride to kamloops and when I called the toll free number I was told it left on time and left me stranded in merritt and now I have to wait to see if I get a refund or not

Overall experience was good. The staff at the Kamloops locations (onboarding spot) was super nice and fun to talk to. I made a request to the driver of the bus at one of the stops en route Vancouver; something I knew was not a small one. The driver of the bus - Brad was super rude. There was no politeness in rejecting the request but a mean reply and a straight no!
