Primary Care First Aid
We took the Infant and Child CPR Basics course as we recently had a baby and wanted to know the basics on what to do in the event of an emergency. The course was engaging and to the point. Scott was a great instructor and we definitely recommend it!

Thank you Scott, for being a excellent First Aid instructor who is both knowledgeable and engaging. The combination of course content and hands-on activities throughout the day provided a very relevant exercise. Hopefully I won't have a reason to use the training, however if that time comes, I feel much more confident in being able to provide help.

I enjoyed the course very much. The online materials are so well organized and informative. I learned so much than I expected (being a healthcare worker). The hands-on classroom practice is efficient, effective and fun. Highly recommend Primary First Aid with Scott, if you need First Aid course.

This is the second year that Scott has been our recertification instructor and he is beyond excellent. He is able to relay real life situations to give us a practical and real life view of the skills we may need to utilize in an emergency situation. His great sense of humour and excellent communication makes the time fly by. I’ve in a group fitness instructor for 35+ years so you can imagine how many recerts I’ve done; however there’s always a chance to learn something new -and Scott helps it actually sink into my old brain! Thank you Scott …see you next year.!!

I attended the CPR/AED Level C course. Scott, the Head Instructor, taught the course with great organization. He ensured the students understood the material and provided enough time for hands-on practice to building confidence in the training.

I needed to re-certify and thought I'd give Primary Care First Aid a try and I'm very glad I did. Our instructor, James, was extremely knowledgeable. His 35 years in the fire department brought an added experience that exceeded the previous firsts aid facility. I will continue with Primary Care moving forward.

Scott at Burnaby training location was very precise and familiar with his first aid and CPR teaching, professional, reliable, thoughtful as given impression. I wish I would had learned this course few years ago when had encountered the tragic accident where should have supposed correct method of choking/CPR being applied, huge and irreversible loss as result. Learning first aid and CPR with an accident reviewing in mind is quite useful for what is important when we face future accidents. Thanks Scott.
