IKEA Distribution Services – Toronto

It is absolutely unacceptable that you guys are charging $5.00 for bringing the product to the door of the store for curb side pick up, we are buying online due to the lock down but should not be more expensive. Not fair with the clients.

Can Someone help me with the refund pls!!!!nobody contacts me it’s been a week,I don’t received my order and no refund !!! Simply no delivery and customer service not answer in 2 days finally someone pickup the phone I waited 45mins and nobody return

Good place to work. Most coworkers are friendly. This place is a distribution center, so not open to the general public. Ignore the reviews about customer service.

Worst delivery experience ever!! Never order all your items from ikea. I have been sleeping on the floor since Friday because a driver had a flat tire. A truck finally came on Monday and my things were not in the truck!!! It was someone else’s delivery. WHO DOES THAT? They are saying my stuff might not get delivered till end of the week now. I don’t know where to sleep or sit. I even ordered pots and pans and plates from them. Which means I have to waste more money on takeout. Save yourself a lot of headache and go to Best Buy or wayfair.

It's been a week of back and forth to IKEA and still seems they hand us the wrong piece. It takes us an hour to get to the nearest ikea and we've had to go back 3 times for exchanges and now a forth. Besides rude people who refuse the exchange and make it difficult /make us feel bad, we still get the wrong piece. Due to this 300 dollar dresser , 5 hours of attempted assembly, 8 hours of cumulative travel time and a week of not sleeping in our own room has been wasted due to this reoccurring issue. I'm done and tired with the service and disappointment. I just want my money back so I can throw this thing out instead of the recommended please take it apart and exchange it" reply I always get from the help center. I dont have the time and energy to waste on this anymore. Either someone bring us a built one and compensate for this unnecessary and unacceptable stress or else I'll have to go more days sleeping on a couch because an ikea dresser turned my room into a war zone for a week. I've called the help desk about 10 times in a span of a week. Records of my number and my fiances number are probably recorded. This is disgustingly disappointing. I'm done. Ikea doesn't fill my gas tank."

I see IKEA is experiencing many of the same supply chain issues as other big box names with many items out of stock and no idea when to expect them.

Ikea have been brutal dealing with deliveries. Spent 4 hours with them on chat and was told to call there after sales. They sent me to wait 4 hours for a delivery that was not scheduled with XPO even though agent assured me it was confirmed between 5-9pm yesterday. Got home and next chat agent tells me to call there 1-866 number only to be left on hold for over and hour so far. Really just want an answer can live with a later delivery date but not send me running around and chasing them to update me. order number 348372974 if Ikea reads these please help

Please don't mix this location with the store. We supply the stores with product and are closed to the public. It's a great place to work with an amazing team. We are always hiring, so keep an eye out.

Very bad customer service. I wouldn't ever shop at this location. I drove across town to find this awful customer service. Waste of time.

Worst delivery experience I've ever had *crying emoji*. Ordered a couch over 2 weeks ago which was delivered, but no cushions. Not like throw cushions but actual cushions to complete the couch. It's now over 2 weeks later - I've had 3 different order #s for these cushions be created because they keep getting cancelled? And I have to call each time to find this out (I don't receive any updates via email, order status, phone). The last 2 times I called I was even told my order was with Fedex, and one of them even gave me a Fedex tracking #. I call today and after much holding, it's finally been revealed to me that there are none in the warehouse stock! BUT i was given a solution that I could go to the Burlington store to pick some up because they are in stock there? I mean this is what I was avoiding in the first place. I have a full time job downtown, a toddler, VERY pregnant, and now I have to basically find time somehow to drive down there, look for these cushions, probably need to pee by the time I make it to the self-serve section, hoist this onto a cart and into my car, and then somehow get a refund by calling these guys back because the store is still going to charge me for them like I haven't already purchased them. Between Ikea and Wayfair, I would just order wayfair next time - which is dissapointing because I've otherwise loved shopping with Ikea :(
