I can’t recommend BioPed Thornhill enough. Kayla and her team provide excellent customer service and are both friendly and helpful.I brought my teenaged kids (separately) to get fitted for orthotics due to knee and foot pain. Unfortunately, they each experienced different issues with their custom orthotics. With some trepidation, I brought the orthotics back, unsure of how it would be handled. Kayla proved herself to be knowledgeable, professional, and approachable. She listened to our concerns and then simply offered to re-do the orthotics at no additional charge. She also had the new pairs ready sooner than expected.The customer service is excellent. The space is modern and feels bigger following their recent renovations.We’ll definitely return for our future foot care needs.

I purchased 3 pairs of orthotic inserts and compression stockings for me and for my daughter from their clinic and will get another pair of custom-made insoles for my daughter this year. I am glad that my daughter is not complaining of pain when walking for almost a year now and I am able to stand whole day without any pain. It was such a relief for my feet. Kayla and Ani have amazing customer service, professional and friendly and I highly recommend to friends and family members.

I have been attending this clinic for a number of years. Kayla and her staff continue to be professional and attentive to my footcare needs. Follow up appointments are automatic to make sure the orthotics are in good condition and to update on the latest technology. Kudos to Kayla and her team for running a first class footcare clinic.
