Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Lloydminster

I booked here last minute for a business trip. When I arrived I was upgraded to a business suite and was pleasantly surprised. The room was nice and the staff were helpful, especially Shanny, who helped make the trip a success. I'll definitely stay here again.

I stay here often, the service is good, consistent. The staff are always pleasant and helpful.Lots of parking and quiet. The amenities are nice. Time Hortons and casino with walking distance. Museum right out front.

Stayed here for two weeks for work. On arrival I found the room to be poorly cleaned by the cleaning staff. Little to no surface cleaning was done, floor had debris from previous guest not to mention an Ugly Christmas sweater was still lit up like like a dying new years eve party in the closet. No shampoo and conditioner provided which leads me to believe the cleaning staff was in a rush to do a less then average cleaning job. Brought this up with front desk and they offered to switch rooms. I declined the offer as I had already disinfected the room and unpacked. They have maintained cleaning every three days thereafter. Which doesn't make up for the first impression but does warrant 4 stars for effort.

Had the queen bed sofa pull out room. Room was clean and large, bed and pillows super comfy. Room is definitely big enough for 2 adults, 2 kids on the pullout bed and a foamy or air mattress on the floor for another kid or two if needed. Kids loved the pool and water slide. Breakfast options somewhat limited but better than most places still.

Perfect place to stay the night. Very clean, friendly staff. Beds were comfy pillows To. The pool area was also very clean. We will stay again.

For a 48 hour family get away this is the place. Great for little ones to enjoy the pool with family. We booked a suite w/kitchenette and it was wonderful.

Nice hotel in Lloydminster on the Saskatchewan side. Near the casino but far from most of the shopping areas. There is no pool but a whirl pool in the gym area. Rooms are clean, but a little dated. Staff is friendly. Breakfast has good options. Overall a good option when stopping in lloydminster

There is plenty of parking with good lighting in the parking lot. There was no staff at the front desk when we arrived or when we were checking out; we had to wait for approximately ten minutes to sign in and five minutes to sign out. However, the front desk staff was apologetic and very friendly. Our room was clean and quiet; the window seat was a nice touch; and the internet worked great for us. The breakfast area was crowded. When we arrived at 8 a.m., there were not enough plates, the eggs were gone, and the fruit cups were locked up. After informing the staff, she restocked the plates and said more eggs would be ready soon. I waited a few minutes but decided on something else.

This hotel could not have been any better. The accommodation were exceptionally clean, the breakfast was incredible and included! The bar was lovely super friendly staff. I was blown away that they provided me flowers and a card as I was there for the passing of my grandmother. So thoughtful and kind. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and will be back. Thank you!
