Incredible professional service.The patrons are kind and patient and the kids absolutely loved the pony!!

Cuteness overload.Excellent space for kids birthday parties and other events.Their Shetland ponies were so kind and so gentle with the kids and adults alike. I was in love. After rides we got a chance to feed them, pet them and basically shower them with so much love.Besides the pony attraction, there was a large grassland area where all the birthday festivities were set up. The venue provided a ton of space to accommodate a few 100 folks at the least, including multiple food and icedcream trucks.I gave them 4 stars because besides the pony rides I didnot see any other attractions for the kids if it's open for day use walk ins.

Amazing experience. Started with a positive experience 15 years ago when I booked ponies for a party.I had great prompt customer service from Ashleigh for a our booking this time.Dave and Chyanne the pony came to our party location.they were punctual, friendly, patient and so much fun. Had a luau themed party and Chyanne was dressed for the part. While some of the kids were intimidated and shy, Dave and Chyanne were pleasant and helpful. So all the kids enjoyed just seeing and being around her!Dave walked her in and around giving an introduction and for everyone a chance to see her, then provided some time for photos!Definitely would recommend and use the service againThanks again for everything!

We had the best experience ever at ponies r us. Ashleigh is amazing host . The location is clean, organized and great. The kids enjoyed the pony ride and the Free land to play soccer after. It was Ana amazing party. We had 20 adults and 15 kids was just perfect.

They were amazing, very friendly and professional. We hired the pony for my 6 year old birthday party and it was a hit!!! the kids were so excited about the pony ride and it kept them entertained for 1 hour. It was more than enough time for all the kids (13) to ride 3 or 4 times. All the kids couldn't believe that a real pony was coming, it was like a dream come true. Thank you!!

My Daughter Tylaia celebrated her birthday in style at Ponies R Us! The Pony People are the best team I’ve came across and they made us have one of the most amazing experience. My daughter cannot stop asking to come back already! A very clean environment and The Ponies are too adorable and so loving. I wish I can have them! We had the most amazing bday party for my 6 year old Horse Loving daughter. They came to our house and we had pony rides on our street. They were very nice and engaging with the little kids. Will hire them again in a heartbeat

We rented our daughter a pony (unicorn) for her 4th birthday party and it was amazing! They were so patient and did lots of rides around a quiet street. This experience will stand out in her memories for sure! I highly recommend ponies r us to take your parties to the next level! Easy to communicate with and staff is super friendly and patient. If I could give 10 stars, I would! Booking Ponies R Us was the best decision for my 5 year old’s party. Ashleigh was great to communicate with - she was very responsive, kind, flexible, and didn’t make me feel pressured in any way - even when I was hesitant about confirming my booking because of the weather forecast! David, on the day of the party, was just as amazing. He arrived with one of their ponies looking like a beautiful unicorn. He was so friendly with the kids, and made the experience so enjoyable for all. I would recommend them in a heartbeat! Thank you again for such an incredible experience!
