Brad and his team is exceptional. We have been wanting to take the leap to paint our drab cabinets to white and grey. Brad knew exactly what was the right choice of colors. We even did a great blue for our bathroom. We LOVE our new kitchen and main floor of our house. I love that he uses the best quality paint and products because I know it will last. The quote for our project was given to us that day. We immediately said Yes let's get this done and Voila!! We were scheduled the next week. I wished I found BT Painting earlier! Brad is thorough, efficient and provides excellent customer service. His team is AWESOME..special thanks to Jacob and Peter. The team is trustworthy and professional. Thank you so much BT Painting!! We are so freaking happy and pleased.

We used BT Painting for multiple projects, Kitchen, Master Bathroom and finally the Whole House. That's a lot of work and I believe we have enough data about how the owner (Brad) of BT Painting conducts business.1) Brad comes across during the initial bid as polished and with a eye towards your best interest.2) The project will go great as long as it goes 100% as expected.3) However, if things do not go as planned, you will get frustrated and eventually need to bring it to Brad, who does not handle critical feedback well.4) To give BT Painting credit, our Kitchen turned out beautifully and went as expected.5) Our Master Bathroom and Whole Home projects did not go as expected. The jobs went longer than originally estimated (by 50%), and the quality did not match our first project. We had to ask them several times to return to fix obvious spots where there was the quality was not great. Thankfully our contractor was able to help us find all the spots.6) It was the end of day 3 of our job that Brad estimated would take 5 total days and the painters were barely done with all the masking on 1 floor. We get it, it takes time to get it right, but that's quite a bit off on the estimate. My left a voicemail but was to the point but professional. The very next morning at 8am Brad was standing outside the door with his best painter Byron, he demanded a meeting, and stormed upstairs and essentially chewed us out for being such bad customers (it was much worse than that, but I will spare you the details). My wife and I definitely noticed the tone he used to talk to my wife and the much different way he addressed me. I actually had to be the adult in this situation and ask Brad to leave because my kids were in the next room. In hind sight, we should have fired him on the spot there.7) Overall I think BT Painting does a good job painting, but the business ownership needs to understand they need to treat customers (and more importantly, women) with respect. No matter if they think the customer may be wrong, because in the end they are the customer.Update:When the Whole home quote was bid by BT Painting, it included both the kid's bathroom and the power bathroom which were going to be remodeled, so we agreed it would be done at a later date. We decided to fire BT Painting after the Whole Home job and the remodel and asked for a refund on the two bathrooms. We were told by BT Painting that since they painted stripes in the boys rooms and painted our front door exterior, that those offset" the $1500 we now had to pay our contractor to paint the bathrooms.However we were sent a change order from BT Painting to cover the charges for the stripes in the boys' rooms and the front exterior door for $400. They tried to tell us that the change order was in error

Brad with BT Painting is simply the best! He is easy to get ahold of, makes it incredibly easy and convenient to schedule an appt with (just go to his website), has GREAT employees who are respectful and hard working, has extremely high standards, and he stands behind his work. I've personally used him for our house, and have referred him to countless friends and clients. Everyone that uses him can't say enough about how wonderful he and his crew are, and what a great job he did for them. If you are looking for a painter, look no further...call Brad...you will be glad you did!!

Hiring BT Painting to paint our home interior was the absolute best decision we could have made. Brad and his team were dependable, punctual, communicative, and most importantly so incredibly professional. They were also the cleanest painters I have ever seen. Our home was left immaculate! I only wish we had hired them sooner as our home has been completely transformed for the better. We are so happy when we walk through our front door into a much more serene and beautiful space.We made the mistake of trying out another less professional company first who used the incorrect color. BT Painting would never do that and only uses the highest quality Benjamin Moore paint.Do yourself a favor and hire them! We are so thankful we did.

Brad and his team have been great! I've worked with them many times over the last few years and every time get professionalism, great results, and clean up afterwards. Very thankful for their service and would highly recommend to anyone!

Owner will not fix. Over spray, painted hardwood, bubbling paint, some areas not painted at all. I knew this was going to go wrong when their bid says they use satin (so I bought a sample to check color) but when they came they said they use semi gloss. Owner encouraged us to get new hardware and they would install. Didn't tell us until the day before install that they had to match perfectly. This left us with installing on our own. That's fine we were able to get that done without hurting the new paint job. Since the worker was told not to install the new hardware he left without fixing any of the issues that I had mentioned many times. Owner kept saying it would be touched up when the doors were ready to put together again. Pulls were removed and thrown into a box and caused them all to be damaged. Clearly these were not prepped before painting because of all of the dirt at the bottom, white polka dots on the gray and black finger prints on the white uppers. Owner has dismissed us and says its the workers job to fix. We paid good money to have these sprayed and what they fixed the first time they used a roller. All my uppers have roller marks on them instead of the clean spray look. I do not recommend.

Brad's crew was delightful to work with. Their work was efficient, clean and fast. Our walls and ceilings look great! The bonus of this project was the crew's easy going attitudes, professional interactions, and the lunchtime piano recital! Thank you Jacob, Peter, Kyle & Josh! We will definitely call again for future projects.
