Not much really...it is an Ultrasound / medical imaging center. It is quite basic in terms of the waiting area and everything. The lab / imaging reception area is actually really just a corner with a temporary desk for them to work on. But the check in task is done easily. No complaints about rudeness or anything. The woman did not get my humour, but that may just be me.The changing area (to get into your gown) is as expected...just an alcove with a curtain in front...no different from any of the other places I have been to.The technician was professional enough and the ultrasound was done efficiently.All in all, no complaints about this place.

The lady works at Ultrasound front-desk is so dumb with bad attitude, since she couldn’t print an Email requisition properly, asked me to call my doctor and fax it instead. We wasted so much time since my Doctors office was really busy. I had no choice but to cancel the appointment. She was also a racist, she asked me to step away that she could talk to a white lady who came after me with smile. I hope she gets fired if the clinic is not her family business. I had to schedule my appointment with another place .

I had an x-ray at this clinic and had a very positive experience and wanted to write a review. It was very convenient that I did not need an appointment because X-rays can be walk-in. Upon entering, the receptionist greeted me and was very friendly. The clinic was clean and sanitized. The receptionist went through the screening questions and took my temperature. There was little to no wait time for my X-ray. The technician was very professional and made my visit so comfortable. I would visit this clinic again and they are doing a great job despite the difficulties of the pandemic.

The lady at the front counter is an unfriendly, and uncooperative person.She did not tell us that this laboratory did not provide the type of service we wanted, when we booked the appointment, we only found out when we arrived at this laboratory on the day of our appointment.We had to go to another laboratory instead.

I give them no Star ! I never go back there again. They are so unprofessional. The girl who did the blood test for me, cause me so much pain and a big bruise. While the needle was in my hand, she was making harsh movements with every change of the bottles and imagine, she repeated that 6 times, and ended up with a sharp bad pain. The Lab itself and the washroom was very dirty

The receptionist is not only rude, but also ignorant. She keeps asking us fax the requisition form to her before she can check for any available spot, and it ended up with the fact that she doesn't know anything about what kind of services they provide. And then she says the form is not what they used to deal with". It is the form we've been using for years! Anyway

Cachet Center X-Ray Ultrasound
I've been coming here for years now. I see a lot of people complaining about the secretary. She's not very chatty, but I feel she's always been very nice and helpful. Maybe she just comes across as blunt sometimes. The technicians are always very kind and reassuring. I actually found the technician I recently had to be a little mean, but it might be the stress from all the new covid precautions.
