THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE HAD! I placed an order for a bunch of hardware was told it would arrive in 3 days, 3 days later I arrive to be told they ordered it from the wrong warehouse and it would be another 2 days, 2 days later I pick up my order and drop everything off at the shop only to receive a phone call from the shop that more then half my bolts are missing...call fastenall to be informed they are on backorder and won't arrive for another 5 days...never once did I receive a phone call to inform me of any of this I didn't even get told that more then half my order was missing when I picked it up.... I asked them to remedy the situation by finding me some bolts locally seeing how this was there screw up and they informed me there was nothing they could do... This was my first time using fastenall and it will be my last. M+H machinery was happy to help me out in a pinch for the missing hardware, they were quick and easy to deal with and will have my repeat business.

Great selection... however 3 - 4 times the price of other venders
