Gym hours are 5am to 10pm. Its 8:00am and I would like to do a drop in. However, after multiple calls and voicemail messages. No one has yet to answer or return my call. Super poor service this place has.

the gym is pretty good for small town ,good dumbells,good cardio machines,could use a set of straight bars on a rack,some A/C would be much apriciated in summer hot hotover all is decent gym

This is such a nice facility. I really enjoyed it while visting Sicamous. Kept very organized and clean with a variety of equipment.
