Was a great price but you get what you pay for. I I purchased 4 Minerva tires. Before driving on the tires one of the tires was not holding air. I was advised to bring to a local tire shop to determine the issue. There was a hairline split in the sidewall. I advised pneus econo and they said I had to buy a new tire and ship damaged one back for assessment. I bought new tire and shipped back damaged one. It took 3 months before I was refunded a portion of what damaged tire cost. Admin fees and return fees were deducted even though the product was defective. Two of the remaining tires also ended up having the same problem but it was better to just buy new tires than go through this process again. On the positive side Jade was very nice to deal with.

Valerie (Pneu Econo employee) was incredibly understanding and helpful when it came time to exchange a set of winter rims & tires I purchased from Pneu Econo in October for a car I was supposed to take delivery of in December, but never received.Forced to make a different choice in make & model of car, resulting in a different rim and tire size, I thought I’d be stuck with what I purchased. I took a chance and reached out to Pneu Econo to explain my situation. Valerie was hesitant at first because it was now the end of January, when tire retailers begin converting their inventories to summer tires, but after a few calls to suppliers, she agreed to exchange them.Valerie did a great service to me, and in turn, Pneu Econo, because I will remain a loyal customer for years to come. I encourage anyone reading this to do business with them. Don’t forget to ask for Valerie! ;-)

Great prices and delivered very quickly. Great staff, very helpful and polite. Bought 2 sets of tires and wasn't disappointed.

I ordered a set of tires 3 weeks ago, and have not been able to reach their offices since. I have come twice on Fridays for the last 2 weeks and their offices and phone lines are closed in the middle of the workday despite their working hours on Google and their voice-mail saying otherwise. I'm very dissatisfied from start to finish.
