Really helpful service when we were trying to choose flooring from a contractor who uses them. They gave us lots of sample pieces to take home and the staff were very knowledgeable about the their products.

This review is being written one year after purchasing flooring and stairs through Domus. The service we received from the first visit was incredible. My wife and I prefer to shop around for weeks/months before settling on any major spend - flooring included. We worked with Linda from day 1 and she was able to offer a very warm experience - including a selection to our budget, pre-existing floor matching, and recommending the appropriate installer...all advice is clearly well considered. The show room is small, but contains the perfect volume of quality options. The other staff were able to share experiences and offer valuable insight, specifically regarding hardwood quality varieties and coloration over time. The final cost was well within budget and we were able to add a design feature to our staircase that was originally out of budget.

The staff are great. Very helpful.

Just called them to get help with tiles that pop off the subfloor every summer. He said he probably couldn't help with the structural source, but said he would canvass all the professionals he knew in order to solve my problem. Went beyond to try and help me.
