Bought a watch here for my son for his graduation. Service was excellent. Eileen was knowledgeable and patient. No hard sell. She made us feel like a VIP.

Unsanitary and abysmal customer service! I bought a watch two weeks ago and the associate wrote in the wrong model number on my warranty certificate. I tried to register the watch online (through the watch brand website) for an extra one year warranty but it didn't work because the model number was wrong by two characters! I called them a couple days ago and spoke with a lady and explained to her that the brand website lists the model number with two different letters and she confirmed with me that Ann Louise got it wrong and told me to use the correct model number on the watch brand website to register for the warranty. I used the correct model number and the registration finally worked. The lady over the phone told me I could bring in the warranty certificate to get it corrected if I wanted.So this afternoon, I brought in the warranty certificate as well as my receipt with the watch and I spoke to this heavy set lady with long dark hair and glasses. She asked to look at my warranty card, receipt, and the watch. When she picked up my watch she had a dirty tissue in her hand with lipstick on it. The tissue was touching my watch and papers. Disgusting! She proceeded to say that the model number is right according to the receipt and then told me to just not enter it when applying for the warranty. She didn't even listen to what I was trying to tell her and told me thanks for checking". Obviously without the correct model number you can't register to get the warranty! Clearly

Wonderful shopping experience for 2 watches! The manager Eileen was very helpful and patient as I tried on many watches. Super professional, knowledgeable and kind. Would highly recommend going here especially for Bulova watches!

This was my first shopping experience in the Metrotown store and it was one of the best! They have a great selection of beautiful jewelry with good prices and some amazing sales. All of their gemstones are genuine, no lab created stones! The lady helping us was Vandy - she was great and very genuine too, no pressure and very helpful and accommodating. We did shop around and came back to buy the best bracelet for the best price we had seen. Overall I really recommend this store and seeing Vandy if you can.

Friendly and helpful staff, great selection of jewelry. I brought my chain in after breaking it and the process was quick and easy to have it sent off to be fixed!

Clean and light shopping floor. Shopping space is pretty comfortable. Employee is basically nice, friendly, and helpful. Price is good with discounts. Check out speed is normal. Credit cards accepted. Mall public restrooms available nearby. Free mall parking lot available.

I went today with my daughter. A very rude south ascian guy who can not prevent himself from staring and following us. Totally uncomfortable service by unprofessional ugly behaviour guy. We left without buying the necklace she liked!

First time at this store. Browsed around but couldn’t locate the item I was looking to buy. I asked a female store associate who was speaking Mandarin with a customer if I could receive assistance from someone. She replied, “No, sorry” and completely disregarded me! There was a male associate doing nothing but I felt so insulted at that moment that I left the store. This is NOT how you treat people.

Went in today to buy a wedding ring, The staff were very friendly and fun to do business with.The store manager was a blast, So energetic and funny.I highly recommend this place.Good prices, Fun friendly and knowledgeable staff.I would give more stars if I could, I was very happy to do business with them today.Thank you.
