Had trouble with a product purchased and failed after one season and the customer service manager was super nice to help me out. He was attentive to details making sure I had the receipt so he can help as much as he can.

Rented a large cargo van from them and it was an amazing deal. You do need a $500 deposit on your credit card for security but the cargo van rental was $19.99 for the day plus your fuel. Unlimited miles. Can’t beat that. Totally worth it. First come, first serve but you can reserve in advance, that’s ok but makes sure you show up super early on the day and on time! Or they’ll release the hold within 15-30mins (can’t remember exact time).

Had an amazing experience dealing with one of your staff members Sumeet Varma. He has always been my go to person even when I had Morningside home depot by my house. Very knowledge and professional with lot of enthusiasm. I would call him “ customer centric” he needs what we want even without we telling him.
