The fellow currently managing the place is a wonderful human being. My reason for rental was not business but personal and a favour for another, as such things are sometimes uncertain. To say I was treated fairly is an understatement, I was received with understanding instantly... Which relieved my frustration immensely. This is a great bunch of individuals and I definitely recommend.
