From private home to hospital to long term care, Renee has been by my grandmother's side through thick and thin. She has been an absolute God-send through this entire process and has taken a great deal of stress off my mom's shoulders. I was signed on by Senior Home Care by Angels on September 7, 2021. I have had 1 long term assignment and was able to be a companion to the peaceful end. I then started another long term assignment which I am currently enjoying and believe I have been able to make a difference. Today I was honored by the Angels team for being the employee of the month for June 2022. So appreciated. The Leadership and team of Senior Homecare By Angels has been remarkable! I thank them!

Company easy to contact for concerns which are addressed immediately. Caregiver was able to make a bond with my Mom very easily. Mom being set in her ways & not sure she wanted an unknown person in her home was pleasantly surprised how much she enjoys her visits. A great relief for me & also a break which I enjoy immensely. This is a company that I can wholeheartedly recommend. Senior Homecare by Angels provided care for mom for 10 months following her cancer diagnosis. Gerry, the owner, met with me at mom's home before she was released from hospital. and was exceptionally kind and professional. At short notice, he had the home-care staff in place before she arrived. Jamala and Michelle then provided exceptional services in home, from making my mom's special pureed diet to supporting and feeding my brother who also lives in the family home. The house was always neat and clean. Laurie provided exceptional nursing support in mom's last two weeks, from medication advice and support, to just sitting and talking with mom about her illness. Laurie and Gerry were again able at short notice to increase to 24 hour home care until mom went to hospice where Jamala and Michelle were kind enough to continue working on through mom's last 6 days in hospice and their bedside care of her was again exceptional. Care of the family continued even after mom's death when Michelle texted to let me know that the street cleaners were coming tomorrow and I needed to move my car off of the street. Above and beyond!I would like to thank the whole team at Senior Homecare By Angels for such wonderful care of mom and my brother over the last year. You provided me much needed peace of mind when I was a city away. Thanks and thanks and thanks again.

I have been working for Senior Homecare by Angels for the past two years and have thoroughly enjoyed my experience. At Senior Homecare by Angels we work as a team from the caregivers to the Nurses, office staff and Gerry. Whenever I have had any questions relating to my clients I have never had any problems my concerns have always been directed to the appropriate personal and answered quickly . From the moment I called Senior Homecare by Angels, I knew my mom would be in good hands. Laurie and Gerry were easy to talk to and listened to our needs. The caregivers they placed with us instantly created a routine with my mom...and allowed my dad to spend quality time with mom rather than having to be the primary caregiver.The caregivers are caring, attentive, encouraging, and very professional. Everyone at the organization helped minimize our stress as we navigated through the process during a pandemic. Gerry Gatto responded immediately to my call for night time care for my elderly step father. He had qualified and courteous staff in place within 24 hours. We had excellent caregivers who always arrived on time. My family and I were extremely pleased with all aspects of our dealings with Senior Homecare By Angels and it is comforting to know that their service is just a phone call away. I would not hesitate to use them again should the need arise or recommend them to others requiring home care for a loved one.

We have been using the services of Senior Home Care by Angels for over 6 months now to come and provide companionship to my mom who has Alzheimer’s. They have been amazing in finding the right fit for my mom in the caregiver we have. They are open to feedback and do all they can to try and make sure it is a situation that is healthy, happy and helpful to all involved. To have another person available to take my mom for outings or groceries and to just be there to visit and make sure all is okay, has allowed me to relax a little and know that she is being taken care of.
