Salon Multi Coupe & Spa

New to the area, we needed to look for a new stylist. Sadly, our first attempt elsewhere left a bit to be desired.Salon Multi Coupe may be our new home now. Upon arrival the ambiance was inviting and we were welcomed warmly.The best part of the appt was the fact that they listen. Nowadays this seems to be a crapshoot. Some do, most don't. IMO, this is the most important ability a stylist can have. And these folks heard us.The demeanor of both stylists we had was professional with a side of friendly. The ability to create that type of atmosphere isn't easy but they do. It is something I look for and appreciate.If I had to name something on the con side, I couldn't really think of anything except that they don't offer a beverage to their clients. It certainly isn't a dealbreaker, nor does it affect their skills. Maybe I've been spoiled in the past. I don't know.We both walked out of there completely happy and loving our do's. We will be back.

I go there for massages and they are amazing!

Amazing! Nicole was my stylist and she gave me the style i wanted without cutting it too short or keeping too long my go to place from now on. :)

I go there for my eyebrows waxing. they do it perfectly and with almost no pain at all. I also went today to get my hair done and the hairdresser did it like I wanted to. If you like getting your head massage and almost fall asleep, get your hair wash there.

Obscene wait times and you feel like you're in a production line. I've been here ONCE and that was one too many times.

Terrible and unprofessional. Got my haircut by someone who never cut hair before! Wow! Cutting my hair with clipper going downwards. Not kidding. Tried to walk out but forced me to stay. Waited a while and someone else cut my hair. Got charged as usual. Why would they let someone cut my hair that doesn’t know how to cut hair! I’m speechless and can’t believe this place! And btw Owner was also there and let this happen.
