I can’t believe I didn’t write a review yet. I was beyond happy with the entire experience of finding my wedding dress. The entire staff were so nice and helpful with the entire process start to finish. I found my dream dress but thought the neck line was too low and they were able to alter it higher for me! I felt so comfortable. It was perfect!

We dropped in to look for a mother of the bride dress and bridesmaid dresses. Since we were a drop in we were assigned Lynn as our consultant. She was amazing. We came in with a challenge for her….finding dress styles that would fit a black tie wedding for the full spectrum of body shapes the wedding party has. We walked away with dresses for all that fit the vision of the bride and we had such a good time doing it. Lynn was down to earth, a great listener, hilarious, and made us all feel at ease. You can tell she’s been doing this a while because she had so many great little tidbits of wisdom to offer. We all are going to look so great at the wedding and I’m really grateful Lynn was part of that.

This was my first time shopping for a wedding dress. I was a little nervous as I am a plus sized bride. However, to my surprise, they have a wide variety of plus-size dresses in many different styles. They also have great sales! My dress originally was priced for 799, but I got it for just under 300.The staff were very kind, helpful, and they made me feel very comfortable. I am so happy to have found my dress for my big day!

I had my wedding dress altered by Grace at the Edmonton South Common location (final pick up june 15/2023).I rarely write reviews, but I had to let Davids Bridal know what an absolutely AMAZINGLY talented and wonderful seamstress they have working with them.I bought a dress off the rack at Davids that was very big on me but it was the last one and i had visions of taking it in quiet a bit at the back to fit me properly and fall a little more narrow.Not only did Grace work with me and help me execute my vision, she made it better than I could have ever imagined. She is a truly gifted seamstress and artist, but even more than that, she is such a kind and genuine soul. She took the time to help me, looking at the drawings of what i wanted and showing me how she would execute it.As a sewer myself, I know roughly what is possible when altering a garment. However prior to my experience with Grace, i had a different seamstress tell me it was not possible - and you can imagine how upsetting that was.While Davids Bridal as a company may be perceived from a consumer’s point of view as more of a ‘big box’ or ‘corporate bridal’ retailer, people like Grace made my experience SO much more special than I could have ever experienced at any other retailer.I know moving forward that i will think of my experience at Davids Bridal fondly because of Grace. I hope Davids does their part to reward employees like her - she truly wonderful and deserves it.

This was my first time at this location & all the staff were so lovely.Everyone was very knowledgeable, when I was asking questions about matching the fabric & colour to other bridesmaids out of province they knew exactly the collection the dresses came from.When trying on the dresses we were helped by Tania! It was probably the best experience I’ve had trying on dresses and I’m well on my way to 21. She was so helpful, making the whole experience comfortable. She also looked up ordering times & spoke to her manager for me to get the dress off the rack which was amazing.Their tailor also fixed the slight stitch issue on the spot.I would highly recommend this location to anyone!

There are not enough positive things I can say about my experience, and my stylist Lynn Hartford. She was incredible. I was anxious and uncomfortable for a couple of days prior to my appointment, and Lynn calmed me in moments and I was assured that I was in good hands! I don't like trying things on normally, so I knew it was going to be a day, but I didn't feel that way at all. I felt beautiful and I was her only focus without being rushed!Together we found my dress, WAY UNDER budget and I felt so cared for. Lynn has an amazing way of making you feel like you are not only her only bride, but a part of her family. She, and David's bridal made my dress shopping experience unforgettable and easy! Thank you!

Jasmine was amazing, she was so kind and helpful. She knew exactly what veil and belt for extra sparkle would suit my dress. We wanted even more sparkle for the bottom of the dress and she helped us come up with an idea for the extra glam we were looking for. She got the small bits of wear and tear from being tried on multiple times fixed before we left as we drove 6 hours to go there and wouldn’t be back to pick it up after it was fixed for awhile. I am so in love with the dress I chose and so glad to have had such a kind sales associate helping. Overall it was an amazing experience.

This past Saturday I had the absolute best possible experience wedding dress shopping at David's Bridal Edmonton and that is in complete thanks and credit to my consultant Shanygne. She was very attentive, supportive, observant, and intuitive; she went above and beyond to deliver the best customer service possible. She never made me feel rushed, she listened to my (and my mom's, LOL) feedback every time and ultimately found me a dress that made me feel more beautiful than I have ever felt before. I am so very grateful for all of the help she provided and I cannot recommend booking your appointment with her enough!

Booked an appointment online, super easy to do. The store called and confirmed the appointment, asked about what type/style of dress I was looking for( I really liked that) and other questions. Got to the appointment everything was absolutely perfect. I was very nervous about trying on dresses and finding something that fit. Wendy was my consultant and she was absolutely amazing! She made me feel so in control of my appointment and what I was looking for and directed me in the perfect direction. With her help I was able to find THE ONE! I couldn’t believe how easy and wonderful Wendy made me feel and my party that came with me. I’m excited for the dress to come in and start some small alterations on it with you guys. Happy to recommend David’s bridal to anyone looking for that special something!

We had an absolutely lovely time with Valerie. She was excellent at picking dresses that fit me well, and looked good with my body type. It was a relaxing fun experience, I would recommend going to davids for non stressful wedding dress shopping. Ask for Valerie, she made the afternoon wonderful!!
