FedEx Ground Terminal (Not Open to Public)

My new cell phone (800USD) i ordered was left on the step without even ringing the door bell. I have a camera on my door bell that shows the guy setting the package down and just leaving. Not what I'd expect from FedEx. I'd be happy to send the video if you're interested.

Had a Hello Fresh box shipped with Fed Ex. When it reached Lethbridge they realized they couldn't get it out to my location within 2 days. So instead of calling me they just threw the whole box in the garbage. No attempt to deliver or contact. No regard for a box full of perfectly good food. Absolutely ridiculous.

Drivers can't follow simple instructions.Buddy made EYE contact and kept walking after I said hey next time ring the doorbell

The package was delivered, and in good shape. However, it was my brand new creditcard with activation code in the package just left on my door step. Typical delivery practices as of late, not just fedex but all local carriers in lethbridge aside from Canada Post.

Tried to get a package delivered from fedx. Called two different days giving detailed directions for the driver plus they have my address. Still no package. I have to drive 90 miles now to pick up what was to be delivered to my doorstep

I had a package come from Hong Kong via Memphis/Calgary/Lethbridge . It was successfully delivered to the house in only 3 days. Not bad since I live in the deserts of Alberta and our Hamlet is not easy to find since we share another towns postal code.

Worst ever experience. Their drivers do not even to call you in case could not reach the address + they rely on their knowledge of the area without using the navigation to find you home. Also, they asks you to come to pick up your stuff from their location if you need it. their drivers did not even try to call you. they just wanted to get home quickly . their service is very bad, and my package was late for more than 5 days and they did not even care. and they do not share their phone number online to avoid any calls. very bad experience !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Quite frankly this is one of the absolute customer service experiences of my entire life and I will NEVER buy ANYTHING online that only uses FedEx to ship from now until you guys go out of business. I've been told for the last 3 days that my package will be delivered and I need to be home to sign for it. I took a day off work. I can't just sit around for a week hoping today's the day you actually deliver the package. It's an hour drive from terminal to my house yet I can't get ahold of anyone to just come and pick it up myself (and do your job for you.) You guys are incompetent and I am astounded you are still such a giant company with service like this. People need to start voting with their wallets, I will start.

Helpful and friendly staff! The driver attempted to deliver the package to the wrong house, once I notified them of this, they had the driver come back and try again, the same day!

Have had the misfortune of having packages delivered through this gong show. Twice now they have advised my package has been delivered first time it was sitting in their warehouse for an extra 3 days..... this time notations are advising they dropped at my house uh no still no package I’m guessing they goofed again gave my package to someone else because they haven’t even shown up here ..... just utter garbage
