the receptionists are awesome for what they have to work with! They are so busy but still always polite and never rude

One of the main receptionist of this clinic is rude and just plain mean. She never lets me talk, she gets mad when I call to ask to have my methadone re ordered. They have twice forgotten to send my prescription to the pharmacy on a Friday causing me to go all weekend without my methadone. I had a relapse because I didn't have my methadone for 3 days. Now I have been clean for some time and am really scared that they will forget to send my prescription to the pharmacy. I always call a few days before my prescription is due. The receptionist was rude, told me that she doesn't beleive that im clean. I can't believe they have staff who are this disrespectful and mean. The doctor I have is great , but stay away from this clinic.

I feel like a criminal the way the doctor deals with clients.

This clinic is unreal I have spent more weekend's without my methadone than any other clinic the secretaries are rude cocky and unable too comprehend basic english and forget about properly filling out prescriptions the pharmacies are tired of constantly calling too correct major mistakes. I like Dr Wardman but his staff is absolutely terrible.

Very professional service, and I was able to get on the program within days. literally saved my life.

Dr. Wardman is an outstanding doctor never everDoes he let down. Also very knowledgeable guy. He truly does care about our lives and you know it not easy dealing with us and must be a stressful job. All we can is keep up the appointments and stay sober my friends.

I was only supposed to call for a one month subscription to get faxed to my pharmacy march 2020 but all of a sudden on a day I have no prescription I have to get to new west minister in rush hour from god knows where Vancouver. So no meds tonight for no reason! actually because I'm a working man not on parole or anything just a normal Canadian citizen I guess they gotta have some control well I bite back see you in court dr wardman if you have time in between golf matches. My GP is also a methadone dr so your loss. Eat me

I was a patient for 18 years and sometimes wasn't the easiest person to deal with. I always found the staff to be patient and understanding in what is a difficult environment. The counsellor John McMahon was professional and approachable. If your recovery needs to follow this path I recommend them.

I have been going to this clinic since 2001 and I now live a fulfilling life far from the addict lifestyle I used to live where my life revolved around heroin... and it took priority over almost literally everything. The staff is exceptional... The support staff, doctors and councellors. I have also met many lifelong friends at the clinic. I really don't know where I would be today without the help of the clinic. To be honest... probably not here at all. A huge thank you to everyone who has made such a huge impact in my life at the clinic.

Dr wardman is a very greedy doctor he gets his secretary's to write prescriptions for him not for what there meant for but for people who owed money and had to come in every few days cause they could not afford to miss work for there appointment every few days working for just barely above minimum wage since employers just look at your references to see what type of an employee you are, also he must see over 50 clients in less then 3 hours now wonder one of his former co workers said he was known as the 6 million dollar man cause he has no client care he's all about the money but nobody complains cause theres not enough addiction .doctors in BC so addicts can't complain cause they don't want to chance losing there doctor it's a joke
