Builders Choice Shower Door

Just had a beautiful new shower door installed. From the first phone call, Sergio was great to work with, professional, caring, and answered all our questions, met all of our needs. Installers were professional and great to work with. The door looks great. Really great service, first time I have worked with this company, would recommend them.

Service was top notch. The installers arrived on time and did an awsome job. They did 4 showers and a railing inside my house and it all went great. I will be using this company on my next builds aswell.

Builders Choice was amazing. We had them do our shower glass and glass panels up our staircase. Both turned out wonderful with very professional service from they day we walked in to the day they installed. Highly recommend this company!Edit - Once the railings were installed the service went downhill. The railings were not sturdy and we were told they would provide clips to affix them to the wall. The wrong clips were delivered with no effort to provide us with the correct ones. The company's response was that those were the only clips they had and that they don't have any for this thickness of glass. The glass stair railings look great however are not sturdy. Still very pleased with how both showers instillations went.

Builders choice were easy to work with for installing my beautiful frameless glass shower doors with matte black finishes. Took a bit longer for the door to arrive, but worth the wait for the professional installation. Highly recommend!

Don't give them your Visa number! They ran charges against mine without my authorization!Worst company I've ever dealt with. Shower door is installed wrong and the glass grinds against the guides in the frame. The installer said basically F... you

Quality of product is fine, customer service is terrible. We were not home for the installation and came home to find that the fixed panel and sliding panel on our shower were installed opposite from what we had asked. We called right away to report the problem. However they had already charged the balance to the credit card we had provided for our deposit, without our authorization to charge the remaining amount due. Two months later, one service call to re-silicone (which was not the problem), many unreturned calls, and we still have a shower door that causes water to splash out onto the floor and is awkward to access. If they hadn't charged our credit card without our authorization then we wouldn't have paid the balance until they fixed their mistake. They don't return our calls, so our only option now is to hire a different company to reverse the installation.

They installed a large glass shower which was unstable. When I showed them the problem they eventually attached a metal bar along the top of the glass which provided more stability. Its better but not as stable as it should be. They then installed a plastic sweep along the bottom of the glass door to prevent water splashing onto the outside floor. The sweep was so tight it was difficult to open and close the door and would cause the shower glass wall to move back and forth. Installers solution was to cut half off the bottom of the sweep. Its still tight. I think this company needs to be able to do a better job of designing stability into installations. that require it.

Not often you work with a contractor as professional and easy going as the team from Builders Choice. They helped me avoid an error in my mirror glass order and they shower glass install is amazing. Thank you, highly recommended.

We hired them to install a door we purchased separately. They were super responsive, came quickly, and did a fantastic job. Price was decent (not cheap by any means), but if it lasts, then it's worth it.
