Truly a God sent. I was dealing with bed bugs for almost 3 months. I hired a local exterminator because they were affordable. All 4 treatments were completely ineffective. I got an assessment by Pestend and was blown away by their attention to detail. Zac wore appropriate protective gear and thoroughly inspected every crevice of my blinds with a flashlight, took the drawers out of my dresser, and explained to me that the heat treatment" the last company did (using a steamer) would not accomplish anything. He also told me that he couldn't see any residue of the supposed dragnet treatment I had recieved the day before. I recieved 3 different treatment options and thorough details by email. I got a REAL heat treatment on the Monday Labour day long weekend. It was very expensive
