Was visiting jasper and needed some help with my bike. The team there was super friendly and was able to help me with my flat nice and quick. Then Avery helped me pick new grips and pedals to help freshen it up. I will definitely come back next time I’m in jasper!

I went in to check it out after the change of ownership, WOW. Great selection of bikes, well organized, and staff are super friendly despite me not buying anything on this trip. It will definitely be my go to when I’m in Jasper.

I would highly recommend checking out Vicious !! The staff have been very friendly and knowledgeable every time I have come into the store. I stopped in during the winter for some snowboarding gear and was impressed with the service. Now It has come time for a new bike, and after shopping around, I yet again found myself drawn back to Vicious because of their great atmosphere and staff! I could not be happier to support the business and give a shoutout to Avery for helping me find a brand-new bike!! Avery was very enthusiastic and made sure to take the time with me to answer all my questions to find the best bike for my needs.I look forward to my next time at the shop. You guys rock!

Stopped by this location, after hearing that it had new ownership. All I can say is WOW !! I am really impressed by the Vicious team, they definitely helped me out by answering any questions I had. Avery was awesome to deal with. Love all the new bike brands that they carry and the products they brought in. Looking forward to bring my bike’s in for some service.
