We hired C&M for our move-out cleaning. The three individuals who cleaned our place were very nice and quick. The quality of the work was good for walls and bathroom, but the floors were still visibly dirty and the kitchen was not done well. We contacted the team to come back and they were happy to send someone to adhere to their quality control standards. The job after they re-did the kitchen was much better than the first time around.

I had Bianca, Fany, and Karla in to clean my place today and they did an excellent job. My place is clean and shiny and feels great. They were thorough and happy to work with my requests and the price was quite reasonable.Only reason it's 4 stars instead of 5 is that communication of arrival time could've been better. I got an email first thing in the morning saying they were likely to be about 45 minutes late because of traffic, which was fine, but I ended up emailing about 70 minutes after the original scheduled time for a new ETA and they arrived about 90 minutes after the original scheduled time. Fortunately they were efficient enough that the delay didn't cause any issues with my schedule.

My favourite cleaning service in the Vancouver area. Always easy and professional to book, and always on time, if not early!! The ladies are so kind. They do a great job and are super thorough. I give them a list and it’s always done so perfectly no matter what I ask. Plus their cleaning products leave the home smelling amazing. 100% would refer them to any friends, family or coworkers. 10/10

Elsa, Janet, and Brenda did a phenomenal job at my house. They came on time, were very respectful, and left my place looking spotless after 2hr of deep cleaning. I would 100% recommend them.

Highly recommend. Staff are very friendly and professional. I used this service to prepare my home for sale.
